It's a hentai dating sim/match three block puzzle game.

The Humble Store is currently having an end-of-summer sale, and HuniePop has shown up in there once or twice for about five bucks, and probably will again before the sale ends. It's censored on Steam, but the developers offer an uncensor patch, hosted offsite.

I can vouch this is a pretty good game, especially if you pick it up on sale.

There's basically two elements, one take a girl on a date and play a match 3 game and get the required number of points with a limited amount of moves. The matches you make gives you points that you can go and buy gifts for the girl or level yourself up.

The other aspect is getting all the collectables in the game. I found the dialogue to be pretty hilarious as well. Its a pretty good game for a few hours until the novelty wears off so don't expect too much.

To me the summary gives off the impression that it's meant for homosexual women and heterosexual men, what makes you think they are not targeting (homosexual) women with this? Not that I think this is a reason to celebrate, not a fan of stories that have sexual content as their main attraction.

Just finished binge watching this on crunchyroll after seeing this recommended in this thread. Aside from a few minor grips, it's really solid.

They go back to the well on the ol' accidental boob grab gag a bit too much and some of the mid-series episodes, like the cultural festival were kinda filler-ish. But the core ghost story was well done. I'm a sucker for ghost stories where the ghost is not inherently evil or malevolent, and they address this wonderfully well with Yuuko's shadow. The last episode was beautifully done with her fading away after the mystery is solves, which is what I would want out of a tragic ghost romance. However, the last minute runback of having her remain because of her love for him is the one other point that doesn't work for me. I thought it was a nice parallel that he needed to accept that she would fade away just as she had to accept her dark side and would have preferred if in the end he would remember her but would move on with his life (and get with one of the other girls). Aside from that, it was really satisfying.

I actually loved that it ended on a good note, The ending hit me and was done incredibly well and it would have still been a highlight for me if it did, but im honestly all for the runback into her haunting him instead of the school, btw the manga is different by a certain point than the anime, im reading it right now as should you.

Normally I wouldn't have anything to say about this but what strikes me as odd is that people at various message boards and comment sections seem to be thinking that this game is going to be opening the floodgates for uncensored h-games in general. What they don't understand is that this is a yuri game and that makes things different. Steam does not allow pornography and for a game to be considered pornography it has to have graphic depictions of sex. Lesbian sex does not involve a penis and therefor it is more difficult for even a uncensored yuri game to be considered pornography. I will not be surprised if we end up seeing a uncensored yuri game here and there but censored everything else for h-games on Steam.
