This will never be a thing when it comes to a digital game. There's so many ways around an online age restriction that any effort trying to stem the tide, will be for nothing. Honestly the biggest gate for this will likely be price, if it's priced like Princess Evangile/Grisaia then that will guarantee most will stay away, where as if it were priced like Nekopara/Sakura series then anyone will easily be able to afford it.

Beyond that, unless they turn off screenshots for it, the tab will be full of all the uncensored bits. It's not like showing boobs in the screenshots is a new thing for Steam, when Witcher and several of the VNs currently up, are all loaded with them in the gallery.

I'm all for more uncensored games as long as the game is in good taste. It's kind of stupid to ban pornographic games if you're age verified and willing to pay good money for these type of games.
