Mhhh, no thank you then. Waiting for fan fixes.

you're using Australian boxes, the notoriously "inbetween" territory in terms of box design and naming.
EU version of YI > AU/NA version

German boxes were plain black in most cases (all first party ones except DKC1 which had the palm design). Third party stuff was often colored.
Konami, for example, kept their silver design from the Game Boy packaging.
I haven't messed with shaders in RA yet, but if works the same as it does in Retropi then I don't see any difficulty in getting a basic CRT Shader working.
I'll need to do more research on it. I haven't explored all of the potential that can be done with the specific build of RA for the SNES Classic.
Oh so you can actual access the RA UI then?
Slowdown, yes. It's been so long since I've played SMW on an original SNES but did it always have the slowdown and dropped music notes? It drives me nuts on the overworld because the song cuts in and out.
Well it turns out that making and adding new borders is pretty addictive.
I'm not hacking mine until I beat the base 21 games. :/
Slowdown, yes.
Dropped music notes is a soundbar issue. Same thing happens to me and it sucks. They power off during silence, and the short silences in SNES music trip up the soundbar a ton.
Thank you, brave souls, for ironing out the weeds (?) of this early hack so I don't have to. Your bravery deserves commendation.

I haven't figured that out yet. I think the configuration for that stuff has to be done via Hakchi.
Because as far as I'm aware only the official GUI is viewable. I suppose there will eventually be work arounds with custom GUIs eventually. Something I really don't want to do, I want to keep my SNES Classic as pure as possible. As I said I'm only using RA just as a workaround to get certain non-working games to be functional.
Sorry my knowledge isn't more in depth on this subject.
Go for the late NCL design, its the best PAL look, big art and colour borders!
Not even for that sweet sweet screenshot function?

Does this have the option to map home button to down select yet?
I need that in my life
Do tell. Also, do you have any sort of guide for adding new frames? Dimensions and whatnot.

so is this the version?
Was thinking about the same. What's the dimensions you've been working to to get the fit right?
Sometimes when i shut my mini off i get a C8 error, does anyone know why?
Its only when i shut off after playing, everything still works, i can switch it on after and play.
Should i be worried?
Still have this error with the new final version.
Could it be that i have too many games on my main menu without folders?
If you were waiting for an official non-beta release, this is it.
I assume there will be a version down the line with higher comparability ?
I can't get my ahead around retroarch
Can't get Super Street Fighter 2 to work. Keep getting a C7 error. Anything I can do or it just not work?
As for the borders guide.. I will maybe write something up tomorrow. It's not entirely simple, and hopefully hakchi will get the feature automated.
Thats a yesSo its official now?
Super easy to add new titles, just like with NES Mini? Plug in and copy over?
If so then my night is screwed.
Huh. I would have assumed it's just replacing the images on the ftp server or add new ones. But it doesn't seem to be that simple, hm?
overmount /usr/share/backgrounds/
I think your tongue slipped there, the idiom is "weeding out the kinks".
