From what Karthikeyan said, he had to move right as he got wheelspin on the kerb, but I personally think Vettel should have given him more room. There was just no need to get back over there so quick. Can someone explain how it was karthikeyans fault please, it looked to me like vettel chopped across.

"Then there was the incident with Vettel. I was letting everyone through on blue flags because I was being told on the radio. I got on the white line, which was still damp, and I was on slicks obviously so I had a lot of wheelspin. I then had to come back on the track from the kerb, and he was there unfortunately and I could not do anything."

"It's harsh," he said of the penalty. "The kerb was wet. I had wheelspin so I had to move right."
As for my earlier question about what happened with the stop instruction, seems it was to do with potential brake failure.
Meanwhile, Vettel's car faced multiple problems, including when the onboard radio broke and the team lost communications with him around lap 20.
Later, Vettel's left back tyre punctured and damaged the braking system, prompting frantic - and unheard - radio calls for the German to stop racing for safety reasons. However, Vettel brought the car home unscathed.
"We tried and tried on the radio but obviously he wasn't picking up on the radio. Thankfully the car did get to the end without the left rear brake failing," Horner said.
