Yeah, it's real fun to follow it live.
There are some really cool lots in there, I actually would bid on some of those if the prices remain somewhat reasonable.

There are lots of 5 polo shirts, 100 caps, sidepods, cool posters, etc...

Anyone wanna buy a polo shirt and share some costs ? :p

So much crap, no wonder they went kaput, did you really need a framed poster of your livery on your walls Marussia?

I dunno, I think you're supposed to work your way up to a fancy office and just start off with a small area of cubicles smack in the middle of your factory.

Well you start with the cheap stapler and then you move up to the red stapler... ;)

Alonso knows the power of the German Jesus.

He's scared.

He's just raising expectations so when the team struggles even more than in his years at the team, he can point and say he was the reason for saving Ferrari unlike Kimi and Seb.

He did exactly that this year at Bahrain when he whined in the radio about Kimi being behind him again "Look at your saviour of the nation finishing behind again" or something like that.

Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg were banned from speaking to their Mercedes Formula 1 team in the immediate fall out of their Belgian Grand Prix crash, this week's AUTOSPORT reports.

AUTOSPORT's F1 season review issue reveals that both men were told on the Sunday night in Belgium that they were not allowed to speak to each other, or anyone at the team, until they were contacted.

In the meantime, Mercedes chiefs cleared up matters back at the factory, which included an intense two-hour meeting on the Monday after the race between Rosberg and Hamilton's team members.

Although there were heated exchanges between the two camps about what had been going on in previous weeks, in the end the team settled its differences and agreed on a way forward.

Only once the situation within the Brackley factory was sorted, Hamilton and Rosberg were ordered to make their way to the team's base

Maranello, 16 December – Scuderia Ferrari announces that it has reached a sponsorship agreement with Mexican based America Móvil group, a leading telecommunications company, with presence in Latin America and Europe.

The agreement, which assigns to America Móvil the designation of Sponsor of Scuderia Ferrari, extends to its principal brands, including Telmex, Telcel and Claro, all market leaders in their respective countries of origin.

Starting from the 2015 Season, the brands’ logos will be visible on the Scuderia cars and on the race suits of its drivers Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen and its test and reserve driver Esteban Gutiérrez.

Yay, more sackings at Ferrari:

More major decision-making from Ferrari's Maurizio Arrivabene: Pat Fry and Nikolas Tombazis are out; James Allison now in control.

Mercedes should hire them, they are probably very talented engineers who can succeed outside the mess that is Ferrari.

Firing Costa was probably the worst decision Ferrari have made in the last 3 years. He is the main reason why Mercedes dominated this year.

Omnicorse said Fry was returning to McLaren months ago, has he been on gardening leave, maybe Tombazis will also follow?

Didn't Boullier say they had hired some technical recruits who they couldn't mention yet?

Peter P reassembling the rocketship team.

In what capacity could Tombazis join Mclaren? Bob Bell is more likely to join.

And how long before Allison is axed as well? And who in their right mind would want to join Ferrari now?

The Ferrari cycle is Year 1: Technical saviour, Year 2: It takes time to fix the windtunnel, Year 3: Scapegoat. So in 2016 he's gone.

By the way it's really telling that the Chief Designer and Chassis Technical Director of the 2015 Ferrari F1 car were fired before the car was even announced don't you think? The rumors about the car being worst than this year car must be true indeed.

This firings always makes me laugh because they keep believing those people are really the sole guilty parts when in fact Ferrari needs a complete rebuild by an outside leadership voice. People credit Michael (and he indeed played a big part) but it was Todt that built that team and hired the right people and created the right environment to help him to create an unstoppable machine. Do you really believe someone from within Ferrari/PM like Arrivabene are going to break the structure of power built within the team and truly restructure that team from the ground like McLaren started last year? And even if he is that man, it's going to take at least 2 full years until that team can be competitive again. Even Newey would fail if he had to work inside the mess that is Ferrari right now. Aldo Costa was crap at Ferrari but 2 years later he designed the competitive 2013 Mercedes and now the best car in the grid.

So Bernie won the war with the ex-Diageo CEO that was to be appointed (executive) chairman. Paul Walsh is no more in F1. CVC was too chickenshit to let Walsh have more power.

It's certainly not a good sign, but worse than the worst season in over 20 years? If that's the case, Allison is out next season.

Todt was effective in isolating the team from outside influences. And LDM was a double buffer that avoided any FIAT interference.

Arrivabene is Marchionne's lapdog, he'll do what Marchionne says. Which is pretty sad, Ferrari is a nice place to work but the politics and Italian culture make it very difficult to win.

Bell is going to Ferrari, am sure of that now.

We'll see, haven't see anything new on that front. But one credible source said it was off.

In other news, the promoter of the Russian GP has filled for bankruptcy. With the rouble now close to worthless Russia won't be on the calendar for years to come.

Sport Bild today saying Bell has refused Ferrari's offer.

TL;DR I have no idea lol.

A bit harsh, but yes no star signing when it comes to team personnel.

Ferrari will never be dominant unless they can do unlimited testing at Fiorano.
