Lol yup, splendid work right there It's quite obvious though that the 60fps fans like myself are the ones that'll get the most wows out of this. Can't wait!So comparing a game that was 720/30 to a 1080/60 game with a 720/30 video.
I wasn't going to but...does Left Behind come on disc of via code in case?
Stop murdering Nirvana songs Sony
Looks great, cannot wait.
Dead Sara (the band that covered Heart Shaped Box in Infamous) is a great band. Not sure about these guys though.Stop murdering Nirvana songs Sony
Looks great, cannot wait.
Probably on disc.
Would make sense, no?I was actually wondering if they'd let you play it at the start of the winter section.
No but they rerendered them at 60 on the PS4 engine. Are the cutscenes in real-time now?
Probably on disc.

This video is nonsense. Native 720p is not that blurry in a 720p video. Not to mention it's not 1080/60
Here's the specs of the encode.

At least ten of the clips are realtime, in order (spoilers):Aren't all those sections from the prerendered cutscenes?
I want gameplay, not in-engine cinematics.
That wasn't that different, actually.... And I normally notice stuff like that. I mean it was better, don't get me wrong but not like.... "Remastered" better
Can't wait to play this again in crisp 1080p and smooth 60 fps
Sadly, yes. The difference would be more noticeable from a gameplay footage compared side-by-side. The cutscenes were already of higher quality on the PS3.

Dear god, last year this was one of the best looking games on the PS3. Now they'd have you believe it's a shitty, blurry atrocity that should be burned and buried. Marketing at it's finest right there folks.
That wasn't that different, actually.... And I normally notice stuff like that. I mean it was better, don't get me wrong but not like.... "Remastered" better
Eh, stretch it out to 1080P and it'll look that blurry.
More specificallyCurious, what's the song in the trailer?
The covers sound better than the originals
Marketing?
You think marketing decided to showcase a 1080p/60 game as a shitty compressed 720p/30 video?
Are you guys even reading the thread?
The compression ruined this whole thing.
