You have a room with space for three arcade machines...

If Neo Geo 4 slot cabinet counts then I will replace it with TMNT and it will include:

Super Sidekick 3
Neo Bomberman
King of Fighters 2000
Metal Slug X

It has to be Pinball because it can't be digitally replicated accurately. I can play classic arcade games on so many devices. There is no substitute for real pinball. Even pinball simulators like The Pinball Arcade don't come close.

Attack From Mars
White Water
Theater of Magic or Circus Voltaire

It's tough.

Assuming it has to be video games, though, your rules don't forbid Neo Geo cabs.

So the 8 neo geo games in my 2 4-Slot MVS cabs:
Garou: Mark of the Wolves
KOF 2002
SamSho2
Metal Slug 3
Windjammers
Baseball Stars 2
Neo Turf Masters
Magical Drop 3

And SF3 3rd Strike

Echoing a lot of other replies here but;

NBA Jam
Daytona
Third Strike

I've always wanted an NBA Jam cabinet, like proper one.

Neo Geo MVS

Naomi (stick)

Addams Family Pin

Yeah, so the first two are kinda cheating since they're cart based systems. And the last one isn't even a video game.

I have the first two, albeit in the same cab. I'd like a nice Sega candy though to run them in high res mode.

Games I'd get as they'll never be remade/re-released

1)Wrestlefest (4p)
2)Xenophobe (4p)
3)Cowboys of Moo-Mesa (4p)

If I had to pick another 3 for the garage

1)Rampage
2)Magic Sword
3)Simpsons Pinball

While I'd love a Mushihimesama Futari, Bubble Bobble, New Zealand Story & Ms Pacman I'd have cabs that used unique controllers

House of the Dead 2
Virtual On (either 1Vs1 OT or the newer 2Vs2 Force version)
Ikari Warriors or Midnight Resistance both of with use the rotary joystick

D&D Shadow over Mystara
SF3 3rd strike
Have to go with a shooting game, maybe Operation Wolf or Time Crisis

Runners up:
6 player Xmen
Simpsons arcade
Sf2 CE
Tekken Tag

And a Pinball machine of some kind

Wife would kill me for not getting DDR

SAB CA

Sketchbook Picasso
Tokyo Tank Wars, Virtua On 2 or Force, and then Whatever the highest multi-game MVS set they came out with was, full of Neo Geo Games.

Ok, probably jumped the space requirements, but Virtua On Arcade with the Twin sticks will always be a favorite. I never get the feeling that I'd enjoy World of Tanks as much as that old arcade game, lol.

Space Harrier
Capcom VS SNK 2
Crazy Taxi

My choice of a fighting game was super tough, but I chose CVS2 because I feel that it has all the insanity you expect from a crossover title while still remaining a grounded, traditional fighter, with a great and varied roster. Space Harrier and Crazy Taxi are just classic Sega at their best, and it only made sense to have a driving game with a sitdown cabinet and wheel.

1. Street Fighter II: Hyper Fighting
2. Virtua Racing
3. Metal Slug 3 (not going to cheat by having a cab full of games.)
