Of course, Strike Witches really instigated at its time the creation of 'general threads' (to counter the "CODE GEASS CODE GEASS CODE GEASS" spam everywhere) on 4Chan's /a/ where speculation ran rampant, and many of that philosophy carried over after a time to threads for So・Ra・No・Wo・To (that precisely coincided with second season of Strike Witches, when some of its second wave of followers overlapped and brought with them that taste for 'fanwanking', resulting in the birth of 'SPECULAH!') and later to Puella Magi Madoka Magica.

Sadly, another problem is that (if I remember correctly) that is an old concept illustration from the Blue URU Frozen Design Collection (蒼きウル 凍結資料集) release, that Otaking is going to use for one of his habitual GAiNAX.FR toppages.

The only information and art from the present project confirmed, apart from the first promotional poster, is what was projected onto that 'attrezzo' ring, that came from Mr. Yamaga's The Rhine Gold staging, and was recycled for their recent TAF booth (which is actually a evident situation of them making good use of resources in vein of their money saving efforts required for all the future projects they want to affront!):
