About two weeks late but,

Picked up a PS2 again. Had one a few years back for a month or two, marathoned a few games like FFX and KH1/2 but ended up trading it in towards a DS.

And the first set of games I picked up with it. Only ever played FFIX before. Already beat SotC and wow... just wow.

Damn, I've always wanted a Sega Blast City cabinet. I'd probably search for one myself if my place isn't so crowded already.

Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB. $60.
My internal 640GB, 500GB external and 250GB external were getting filled to the brim. This 1TB will definitely be put to good use. Especially when I start recording video game footage.

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 460 1GB. $230.
A needed upgrade from my 9800GT. Oh man, what an upgrade. About the only thing I regret was purchasing this GPU from NewEgg instead of Amazon as I would have saved $20 due to CA tax. Aside from that, this thing is running Starcraft II on Ultra with no hiccups. Can't wait to start up Crysis again and see how it plays on my rig.

Should be similar to the other 45nm/45nm Slims. The only difference between this new new one is that apparently the PSU is more efficient saving a little more on power consumption.

Although these pick up threads have been among my favorites here on GAF for years, this is my first time posting in one.

Behold, the Fenix LD10 (R4) flashlight. Fenix is regarded as one of the best flashlight manufacturers in the world. One standard AA battery and your mind will be blown with how bright this light shines. I bought one off Amazon ($55.95) and loved it so much that I bought two more (one for the house, one for my car and one for my wife's car). The pen is included for scale, but, in general, the LD10 would be mostly covered if you squeezed it in your hand. The on/off button is on the end (opposite end of the actual light).

Brand new sofa custom made. I usually buy second hand for furniture but a sofa is best when it's new. I feel like a grown up now. The coffee table is also a new item but was second hand and only cost $69. I've been looking for a table like it for years now and it would retail in a fancy store for up to $400. I love finding good furniture at thrift stores especially when it's exactly what I've wanted.

Also, I picked up a 360 Elite bundle that came with Halo ODST, Lego Batman, Forza 3, Left for Dead. Nice and cheap at $250.

I've only had my j-360 here in Europe so now I'm set up for when Reach streets in a few weeks.
