So......I AM Ironman. No?

Anyway, I love how Activision seems to be grabbing the cast from 2006's Superman Returns movie for its CoD games. We had Brandon Routh (Superman) as the star in Ghosts. And now we have Kevin Spacey (Lex Luthor) starring in this game.

Interesting.

Can we expect Kate Bosworth in the next one?

Nice to see Sledgehammer reaching out already.

Who's gonna be the designated Community Manager up on Twitter? Glen? Michael?

No poll for Call of Cards vs House of Duty yet?

Great trailer and game's coming out on my b-day.

Might just pick it up to celebrate. Been a while seen I bought a CoD game

I can't confirm or deny any multiplayer game modes at this time. All of that information will be revealed at a later date.

Can you confirm or deny that the multiplayer will have pretty cool guns? Pretty nice guns, y'know? PowPowPow?

"Notably, the deliciously Titanfall-like exoskeletons in the Advanced Warfare extend "across all modes," which means they'll be in the multiplayer, adding verticality and maneuverability. Hoverbikes and drones are also confirmed."

I wonder where they got that from? The part about the exoskeletons being available across all modes came from Amazon's description, but they don't mention that when talking about the hoverbikes.

With the way the sentence is worded, I think they might just be talking about the campaign specifically, but I'm not sure.

SHG employee here. Really happy to finally be able to share this with you all.

Lots more to come in the following months but really glad that everyone is as hyped about Spacey as we are!

First time I've been excited for a CoD game since BO1. Keep up the good work I hope the game does not disappoint.

I tried to pre order this from my local Gamestop today, but they didn't have it listed in their cash register computer. :/ hopefully they will have this corrected tomorrow.

Really? So for an interactive medium like games we should not show gameplay, which is 95% of the product itself and instead strive for imitating cinema?

Really.

Imitating cinema? No, not always.

Look at all the best trailers.

Halo 3 "Believe"
Gears "Madworld"
Mass Effect 2 Launch Trailer
Bioshock Andrew Ryan trailer
Halo ODST "We are ODST"
Modern Warfare 2 Infamy Trailer
The Witcher 3 "Monsters"
Deus Ex HR Cinematic Trailer
Uncharted 3 Announcement
Uncharted 2 "Fortune Favors"
The Last of Us Announcement Trailer
Halo 2 Announcement
Dead Island Announcement
Starcraft II Launch Trailer
Ground Zeroes Trailer

Etc etc etc etc..

Gameplay trailers are never the best ones that you watch over and over. Exception being Kojimas 12 minute long gameplay/story trailers.

Gameplay should be reserved for Bungie like viddocs, e3 walkthroughs, or video demonstration videos like Todd Howard's Oblivion Gameplay vids.

How are the talents at Sledgehammer Games? The last time I played a Call of Duty game is when Black Ops 1 was the new game.

I Lol because every game since Modern Warfare 2 looks very identical.

I would add two great trailers:

Assassin's Creed Revelations - (the one that featured Woodkid's "Iron")
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain - (the one that featured Garbage's "We're Not Your Kind Of People")

Those songs were perfect for setting the tone for the trailers.

Yeah, it's weird wording. Vehicles in multiplayer for CoD seem like a touchy situation for some people.

How are the talents at Sledgehammer Games? The last time I played a Call of Duty game is when Black Ops 1 was the new game.

Glen Schofield created Dead Space and Michael Condrey directed 007: Everything or Nothing and Dead Space 1. The creative director from the original Dead Space is also at Sledgehammer. After completing DS1 they left and formed Sledgehammer Games. Of course those games are very different from what CoD is, but it shows that they're fully capable of making really amazing campaigns.

Ah yes forgot to add those.

Purchased several wood kid songs thanks to that trailer.
