I think the difference is that we actually paid for courier delivery for the OSTs but for games it's free delivery. :/

Quick question about the quests: are they based on your team's level? I did the first one which was a level 10 and my team was around 50-53 and when I unlocked the second one the level for it was 36.

Does anyone know when the EU eShop updates and how much this game will be on said eShop? I'd like to pick it up digitally but it would have to be the same price as physical. Around £30.

I've had this game preordered for months, and Amazon still hasn't shipped it out. I'm at the end of my rope with Amazon. Sorry I don't want to pay for your Prime service, I guess being a loyal customer for over a decade and a half just isn't good enough to get shit in a timely manner anymore. What a joke. You know I'm frustrated when I'm seriously considering GameStop as a preferred option for new game releases.

I don't remember but really? I mean a CE is expensive enough, you'd think they would make sure they would be safe getting here.

And regardless, at least update the fucking orders if you send them out. :/

Don't know for sure, but I would guess based on a combination of the quest level and the team's level. There is probably a range of levels available for generation based on base map level.

I completed the level 10 one twice and got level 25 and 26 maps. Both times my team was an average of level 16-17, plus or minus.

Picked up my copy at Wal-Mart, which also included the CD (don't know if all copies have it). Since I played the demo yesterday, I got the extra characters. Also got the freebie DLC. Current party is Cecil, Lightning #2, Warrior of Light, and Terra. 1508 Rhythmia so far.

My 4 month-old order was just cancelled by Amazon. They offered no explanation, just that they couldn't fulfill it. They refunded the money, but I'm still sad/baffled by it.

Just finished a long quest, it did take a little too much time without ticket or TP.
But my team level from 3x to 6x, and unlocked 2 characters, good enough.

I think I did a good choice picking Cosmos in my first team.
I could do the few Ultimate the game throwed at me without problem, her skills which constantly heal you through the songs is awesome for Quest Medley.

So far I'm the only one with a preference for the blistering heat of Ultimate.
I'm in that weird space where Expert is waaay too easy but Ultimate songs are hit-or-miss (or murder) challenge-wise.

The demo lets you pick from 10 extra characters at the start but I don't think I've seen the list of the specific characters.

No, when you register someone you can put in whatever characters you want for their name. It'll be corrected when the mutual add goes through.

If someone challenges me on Expert, I'm not going to turn them down... IIRC someone (Kazuichi?) challenged Chiaki at some point and got wrecked, so it's in character.

Sounds like Amazon messed up. I guess I lucked out because I ordered the Collector's Edition the day they announced it, but couldn't actually find any record of it until I got an email saying they shipped it!

oh hahah I didn't think about the whole "Ultimate Blahblah" and playing on that difficulty That's a good one :p

yep Kazuichi played that arcade game or whatever with Chiaki and he lost bad. she likes playing games with more people so as long as they don't hog the machine I think.

It just lets you get them earlier.
Honestly, character unlocks are such a non-issue in this game.
When you get the gems you can pick your favorites from a pool and that's only if you haven't picked them from the large selection at the start of the game already.

The online versus has been driving me nuts a bit. I don't even know why they let players pick songs, especially since I've run across a couple of players who will pick the same song and have that shit flat-out memorized, so it doesn't even matter what mods you end up hitting. Also having the game not search for Ultimate/No EX charts by defaults is really annoying, since no one will see your request unless they alter their search results. I've also had the game soft lock on me after matches a couple of times, and it doesn't save the win or the rank gained.

The game is a nice improvement over the original, though. The number of songs in the game is crazy, and the quest maps are a nice hook.

Yeah, also a thing to note is the first music you get relates to the four you pick. So pick the four games you like. I got most characters I wanted. Still need to get

Finally. Fucking SSS'ed that stupid Tactics EMS. Granted, this is only for the pathetic Basic level but I don't care. If this is how EMSes are going to be, I'm just gonna leave them for later.
