Hell yeah. I'd like to see him continue iterating on that unique formula. Like Raiden, Rising needs to keep carving its own path :p

love rising and they did amazing work but hope it gets a longer dev time so they can really go in on every aspect like they did with bayo 2

Bladewolf is a must. Didn't expect him to be one of my favorite characters in the first game. Their banter was great.

He also needs to be an actual in-game combat buddy, like DD in TPP. Imagine the crazy co-op attacks you could pull off with him.

Seriously the soundtrack in MGRR was so good. :D

I mean one hand it's all super serious and then Raiden suplex's a Metal Gear RAY
The gameplay is superb and doesn't need changing hope about adding a splash of color and some good story with 3 dimensional character's next time? I mean the other MG's kind of flip flop in terms of tone but when you talk about child soldiers and nuclear Armageddon it's assumed you're going to give the subject the respect it deserves

True. I think it's a case of traditional Japanese humor getting in the way of some genuinely good storytelling. Naked Snake and The Boss have been some of the best character's in gaming

Bladewolf is a certainty imo. And yes, i see them expanding its use.

Metal Gear as a franchise is exactly how it needs to be and its humor is part of what makes the series great. Wanting to tone the weird humor down is wanting something that is not MG.

Is this confirmed to be a metal gear rising 2? Couldn't be just a trick like kojima always like to do or something like that ?

And there is a ps4 logo only. Is Sony funding this like street fighter 5

Everytime someone mentions Metal Gear and someone replies "RULES OF NATURE", I cringe a little bit.

It's just another Metal Gear game I'll buy for the collection, but I don't even like Rising as it is.

This was a Playstation event.

It could be exclusive....it could not be. Lets wait for more details.

For some reason, I am actually way more excited about the new soundtrack than the game, even though the game was pretty fun. :p
