That isn't Bladerunner.

Gone like tears in Rain.

The Third Man
The 400 Blows
Bicycle Thieves
Nights of Cabiria
Spirit of the Beehive
Sunset Blvd
Godfather
Vertigo

Many to pick, really.

If just one then The 400 Blows. Or The Third Man. :p

I really like the ending for Iron Man, took me by surprise.

And I mean the last scene when Tony is like "Fuck it, I am Iron Man."

12 Monkeys has a wonderful ending. The slow mo shot of Madeleine Stowe as she goes from horror to slow realization of what's taken place is masterful.

The closing moments of Titanic, from Rose tossing the stone to the bottom, panning over her photos, to the transition down to the Titanic, was beautifully done.

Unforgiven, and the last shot of William back at his ranch.

Se7en period

And then there's Return of the King... ""My friends... you bow to no one."

... at least a dozen more... but yeah Se7en!

Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.
Se7en period

The last scene was shit, but everyone forgot about it. The part that you're remembering as the end was amazing.
Fucking studio executives...

The Usual Suspects still holds up to me as the best, if not one of the best movie endings of all time.

I wish I could forget all about that movie and be surprised by the ending again. That plot twist blew my mind.

The Return of the King. I never thought I'd hear people weeping in a movie theater after watching a fantasy film.

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. Another tear jerker.

The Departed

Mark Wahlberg showing up out of nowhere to avenge the death of a guy he didn't even like (and what a shocking moment in cinematic history that death was), purely because it was the right thing to do. So simple, yet so good.

My serious answer would be this. That legit legit shook me.

The Graduate

also my favorite film

I loved the first half of The Graduate and as the third act was going by I was becoming really disappointed. This last final shot completely verifies the third act and the film as a whole. It's so good.

I think Gravity might have one of my favorite endings for any film in the last few years. The story of immense personal struggle coming to an end, showcasing the power of the human spirit oh so beautifully. Love it.

Not a great quality video.

This is one of the most powerful movies I've ever seen. It doesn't really do anything new but the way it tells that story of personal struggle and letting go just hit me right in the feels. My brother hates this movie and I think it's because he saw it as
just a stupid actiony type film about a woman surviving a space mission gone wrong, not a woman trying to get over the death of her daughter. Never understood how people missed that one, but sadly a lot of people did. That ending is perfect because after everything she'd been through she still had to look upon a vast, scary land scape of god knows what the hell is out there, and just take baby steps. Instantly one of my favorite films.
