Cheers! The attention to detail is staggering.
Does anyone else's grahic settings change to 'low' after editing in .ini ? For some reason shadows, water, grass and foliage, all of which I set to higher values in .ini switched from ultra to low in the video options. I'm not sure if that means it's been overridden by the .ini settings or if it's actually low in game :-s
Yes. The sliders default to 'low' if it can't recognize the setting. Don't worry about it
I'm running mine at 4k 30 FPSIt's called rendering them in much higher, often unplayable resolutions. Great for screenshots, not so much for giving non owners an idea of what it will look like when played.
Same here, on a 65" curved samsung.I'm running mine at 4k 30 FPS

Great shots, almost look like paintings!
My shots were 5120x2160, which runs at 30-35 FPS. Even with a few config tweaks.
Whaaaat! Did you add another 980?
Managed to crank everything up to 1620p with INI tweaks and OC. Still runs at 70-80 fps. Some uncompressed PNG shots from very early in the game. Since I still have some headroom, I might experiment with more lighting/LOD tweaks. We'll see
This thread is beginning to look like 2015 The Witcher 3 Screenshot Thread of the Only Place Where Compression Isn't.
What kinda hardware you running this on?
First of all, thanks to Jim2Point for is amazing work on WT3 CT.
Nice. You guys sure didn't waste time on that CE table
I really need to try these INI tweaks... but I'm already having performance issues. Game's a bit stuttery for me regardless of resolution.
Also glad I'm not the only one still stuck in the opening area. Can't believe they managed to stuff 12 hours worth of content in there.
Love the Witcher shots the last number of pages. Looks really good.

HUD shader removal with 3Dmigoto. Thanks to The Janitor for the help figuring out how to "fix" the shaders.
