Lot's of Sony E3 discussion going on here so I'm going to drop what are essentially my final predictions for their conference. I will do some for the other conferences as well.

Here's what I more or less expect to see in approximate order based on past Sony conferences. I feel it's both optimistic and a bit reserved if that makes any sense:

- PlayStation montage
- No Man's Sky demo w/ release window for holiday 2015
- Shawn Layden introduction
- Until Dawn & Tearaway: Unfolded trailers w/ Tearaway release date
- Gravity Rush 2 announced for PS4 w/ trailer & release date. Will include original game
- Uncharted Collection announced for PS4 w/ trailer & release date. Will include Uncharted 4 beta
- Uncharted 4 gameplay demo w/ release date for March 2016
- Ratchet & Clank PS4 debut trailer w/ release window
- Building the list segment announcing some localizations and ports - Digimon: Cyber Sleuth, Yakuza Zero, Goat Simulator, and God Eater 2 are all possible candidates
- Exclusive and timed indie exclusive game montage
- Rapid-fire trailers for Sony collaborations: RIME, Alienation, Edith Finch, Shadow of the Beast, The Tomorrow Children, Rapture, and Drawn to death. All coming exclusively to PS4, all playable on the show floor
- Morpheus discussion w/ informational videos and demo footage
- List of developers/publishers that will support Morpheus
- Confirm a couple of first party projects from Sony London and Sony Japan
- Verbal confirmation of Gran Turismo 7 for Morpheus w/ no media shown
- Street Fighter V footage w/ release window
- Level 5's PS4 game announced w/ trailer
- Assassin's Creed: Syndicate trailer
- Batman: Arkham Knight trailer
- Star Wars: Battlefront gameplay demo w/ exclusive PS4 content
- Sony Bend's game announced for PS4 w/ trailer & footage
- Horizon announced for PS4 w/ trailer & footage

So, basically no Last Guardian, no God of War, no mega third party exclusive like Resident Evil 7 or something, just a good conference loaded with a lot of what we expect yet some very nice and exciting announcements. I feel that anyone with reasonable expectations will be very satisfied this year.

I hope there are no leaks.
Will make the conferences that much better.

Oh and calling it new Resident Evil (7 or reboot) coming.

Probably my favourite prediction so far. Feels realistic and in line with previous E3s.

Don't think they'll bring up Gt7 though.

This is pretty boring, or at least I'd expect more new announcements/surprises, but I'll take it.

I need something FFVII related. At least port BC, CC and DC to PS4 and bundle them with VII.

I would totally pay 60 for that collection.

Taking into account the bevy of reactions and suggestions I received, I'll do two of the smaller conferences this time:

Square-Enix:

FF15 gets released in 2016. The trailer this time around is more of a general gameplay trailer. Played for Sony's conference, mentioned to be on the show-floor for the Microsoft conference.
KH3 still gets no confirmed date, but instead gets a brief trailer that shows some of the crossover worlds. Those being: Frozen, Pixar, Carl Banks, and as a surprise stinger, Star Wars.
DQ Heroes trailer, same as played at Sony's.
ROTR gets the same trailer shown at the Microsoft conference.
Star Ocean 5 gets a trailer that's more extended than the one at the Sony press conference, but not by a lot. No release date.
Wii U gets Fortune Street sequel for next year and nothing else, barring WiiU/3DS VC releases for FF, Chrono, DW and Mana. Said game features not only Mario and Dragon Quest, but also Zelda and Final Fantasy.
3DS gets Theatrythm DQ digitally as a test to see if the series is popular enough for DQVII and DQVIII
Kingdom Hearts 1.5+2.5 collection announced for PS4, X1 and PC. Contains story teaser for KH3, coming 2nd half 2016.
That Sleeping Dogs sequel (Triad Wars, I think?) is IGN's exclusive game. Re-reveal trailer, coming 2017.

Ubisoft:
AC: Syndicate blowout. Different trailer than what's played at Sony/MS. Gameplay footage.
R6: Seige gets more gameplay footage/Hype trailer.
Toy Soldiers: War Chest is one of the smaller, Ubiart games showcased. Two more new IP's are also shown.
Just Dance 2016 announced for X360, X1, PS3, PS4, Wii, WiiU and PC.
Rabbids game announced for X1 and PS4 for 2015. Party game based off of TV show.
Special game at the end of the show turns out to be Prince Of Persia related. No date.

Tried to be more conservative with the predictions, while keeping some surprises.

These are amazing OT titles and I approve of each and every one of them.

Believes Dragon Quest is a franchise managed by Sony
I'm guessing they will announce Gravity Rush Remaster along with the date. Will it be sooner or later?

This is pretty boring, or at least I'd expect more new announcements/surprises, but I'll take it.

4-5 retail game announcements (excluding DLC, indie, 3rd party) are about Sony's usual E3 stick.

I highly doubt they'll make a major shift from their standard approach. They still have PGW and PSX after all.

The FCC just certified a new PS4 model with a 1TB HDD.

Slim and better. Finally :)

People of my heart, which most of you hate me by now maybe will hate me a little more.

I've never played PaRappa as a kid, and just saw some gameplays about it. Really didn't get into me. Why it was so good? Why people love it so much? Why an PaRappa announcement would be awesome at E3?

1 from Studio Japan, 1 from a Western studio (USofA). A studio Japan collaboration, GG Horizon --------- least.

Then there is Level 5's game and all the collaborations V has been hinting at which are never-ending but indeed coming true - in one form or another.

I love the naiveness of a great number of posts - "Sony will be all third party, I feel it, but I am hopeful we see at least 1 or 2 first party"... I mean really?

Quantic Dream must be ready to show, either at E3 or at Paris. E3 is bigger but Sony will want something substantial for Paris so it would make sense. MM game will probably be Morpheus based - showed at E3 during the Morpheus supposed run.

500GB Model $50 price-cut and 1TB Model remains $399

They wont drop it to $299 until Paris Event

MS strategy is brilliant. Sony should follow it. $299.99 in November - if they are indeed ready to drop this year. Will place MS on the defensive to follow suit - if they don't get ahead and drop it - which will not matter if it's not $50 lower. At price parity, I am not sure what MS will be able to do. $259.99? That's some dough they'll have to bleed again - non-stop.

Sony had a mediocre fall lineup last year, and they announced 6 new first party games at E3. (3 retail, 3 digital/small) And technically 7 if you want to treat the UC4 reveal as its proper announcement.

So we know we'll probably see Bloodborne DLC, but any predictions on what it will be? I'd love to see it dive even deeper into
the weird, Lovecraftian
type of stuff that was going on in the latter half of the game.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's standalone (TLOU:R, Infamous). We'll probably see a trailer of it - short and to the point. Otherwise Paris.

Also, what are the chances that we see a Shield Portable 2 at the PC press event? There were rumors about it a couple months back, and I really hope they were true.

My expectations are the following:

Microsoft:
-Open the show with a montage of the current X1 line up and throw previews of upcoming games in the montage
-Crystal Dynamic's developer comes on the stage to show off a live demo of the new Tomb Raider; confirmed for a November/December release
-New Gears of War announced alongside remaster of Gears 1; beta of new Gears of War bundled with Gears 1 remaster
-Rare developer comes on stage and comments on the companies big anniversary with a montage of their N64, Xbox and 360 IP. Then the montage ends with the classic beat of the Battletoads theme as it gets louder and louder until it explodes into a rock remix of it with a gameplay trailer of a brand new retro Battletoads coming to the X1 in August/September.
-Trailer fades out....cutting to Banjo playing on a Banjo. The classic theme continues until Kazooie walks up and slaps the Banjo away, jumping into his backpack and cutting into gameplay. Rare developer walks up on stage telling the audience that this is a new Banjo adventure heavily based on the first two tittles. Gameplay continues with a very fun looking demo being played live on stage. Banjo collects a Jiggy and the screen fades away, cutting into a trailer for the new game, with a summer 2016 release date closing it.
-Rare developer walks on stage and tells audience that Rare is back, leaving the stage with a teaser for Killer Instinct Season 3.
-Microsoft announces new IPs from their partners and highlights a few big third party games.
-Show closes with live demo of Halo 4

Nintendo:
-Open the Digital Event with a round of Smash Bros., with Mario, Sonic, Mega Man and Pac-Man having a fight, then you hear a fimilar voice scream 'Hadouken', with a blue fireball flying acorss the screen. Everyone jumps away, until the iconic figure of Ryu appears, with a rock remix of his Street Fighter 2 theme blasting across a montage highlight his moveset. Closes with his final Smash and telling the audience that he will be available to download for both the Wii U and 3DS versions July.
-Splatoon's flow of updates is highlighted once more with Amiibo support for the Smash Bros. and Super Mario lines being announced; skins for characters ala Yoshi's Wooly World.
-Mario and Sonic shown off again, but with a CG trailer and confirmation of Amiibo support for game with Mario & Sonic line.
-Alongside this is Amiibo cards, allowing people to buy the cards to unlock the amiibo content without the rarity of the figures; cheaper then the figures by 6 bucks (one pack of 5 cards = price of one figure).
-Pikachu walks up to the screen, waving to the audience. A flash of light appears out of a Pokeball, with Charmander popping out, both are ready to battle, and the screen zooms out into the classic Pokemon menu commands. Screen cuts to black, with the words 'Pokemon Stadium' appearing with a remix of the Pokemon theme. Fight after fight is flashing while modes and features from the N64 games are brought back. Trailer closes with a trainer picking his Pikichu, putting it on his shoulders, as he walks across a HD version of Palet Town.
-Mario Kart 8 is shown off again, highlighting the success of its DLC, with the announcement of 'Cross Over' DLC. We see Kirby, Captian Falcon, Samus and Fox racing in their iconic rides across tracks in Green Greens, Big Blue, Zebus, and Corneara. Gameplay ends with this pack being released in the fall
-Mario blasts into the screen, with stars shining in the sky; another Galaxy is created. Made by the 3D World team, this is a new Mario adventure taking elements from both the Galaxy and 3D series while also introducing new gimmicks. Ends with stars lighting up 'Fall 2015'
-3DS tittles highlighted in a montage alongside Pokemon Z, Dragon Quest 8 Western Release and more being announced.
-We go back into Smash 4, with Lucas being announced for release right after the Digital Event, Wolf being announced and four shadows of characters popping up, with two of them jumping into the screen; Shovel Knight and Shantae.
-SMTxFE and Xenoblade X get new trailers, with the former getting more coverage during Nintendo's Treehouse and the latter getting a Fall 2015 release date
-Event ends with a gameplay demo of the new Star Fox; rail shooter mixed with elements from Project Guard and Giant Robot. Release date for Fall 2015 alongside Amiibo support for Fox and Falco.

Have I missed something or are you the leak equivalent of a windsock or something?
A leaksock. Leakysock.

There will be a major leak by Unseen64 guy.

If that list is boring, I dont know what will excite you.

I think I can understand him.
There weren't any big leak. Almost none at all.
So, at least I expect something I can't figure out what it is.
A secret

But still, that list is awesome.

Here's my predictions for Sony's 2015 E3 press conference (in no particular order) -

-Godzilla gameplay video
-Persona 5 gameplay video
-Until Dawn gameplay video
-No Man's Sky gameplay video
-Street Fighter V gameplay video
-Price drop for PlayStation 3 to $100
-Trailers for several Indie/PSN games
-Dragon Quest Heroes gameplay video
-Price drop for PlayStation Vita to $100
-Discontinuation and death of PlayStation TV
-God of War III re-mastered gameplay demo
-Project Morpheus announcements and demo videos
-PlayStation NOW and PlayStation VUE announcements
-Gravity Rush re-mastered announcement and demo for PS4
-Destiny gameplay of whatever their next DLC release will be
-Uncharted 4 gameplay video and March 22nd 2016 release date
-Tearaway re-mastered gameplay video and release date for PS4
-Announcement and thanks for all the consoles sold and other info
-Bloodborne DLC gameplay demo, details and release date announcement
-Batman: Arkham Knight gameplay video and push of the PS4 Batman bundles
-Star Wars Battlefront gameplay video and push as DLC is timed exclusive for PS4
-Assassin's Creed Victory gameplay video and push as DLC is timed exclusive for PS4
-Call of Duty: Black Ops III gameplay video and push as DLC is timed exclusive for PS4
-PS+ games announcement for July being Infamous: Second Son, Knack and Killzone: Shadow Fall
-Uncharted Trilogy collection for PS4 announcement, long gameplay demo and November 10th release date
-MGSV PS4 bundle including MGSV: GZ being packed in announcement along with a new gameplay video and it being a PS4 timed exclusive (ala Tomb Raider) as well as receiving a ten week delay to November 10th 2015

-I think the show starts off with a long gameplay video of Batman: Arkham Knight, the PS4 exclusive DLC demo and final push for the two console bundles.
-I think the show ends with the Uncharted trilogy collection announcement and gameplay demo followed by Uncharted 4 and then the big one, announcement that MGSV has been delayed ten weeks due to it now being a PS4 timed exclusive (ala Rise of the Tomb Raider) and the MGS V console bundle being shown off.

I don't see a PS4 price drop of any kind happening until E3 2016. Reason being that they simply don't need to and because of the Batman Arkham Knight console bundle being released eight days later. Holiday 2015 will be based and pushed on the MGSV bundle and the Uncharted collection. Overall and all things considered, if all of the above happens (majority of it will), that's actually a pretty good solid show in my opinion.

Since everyone else is doing their own dream conferences.

Sony conference:

Room is pitch black, save for the dim glowing Apple logo on the back of every goddamn laptop in the building.

The speakers hum to life. Rock music blasts through them as lasers of every color fire from every corner of the room. Mist fills the aisles and surrounds the anxious audience.

Jack Tretton rises thru the stage to the strains of "Rock You Like a Hurricane." His hair is slicked back, he's sporting a black trench coat, shades, and attitude. He waves his hands to silence the crowd, then speaks: "I know y'all thought I left, but I'm back to take care of some unfinished business!" Floor-to-ceiling screens surrounding Jack suddenly light up. "And I brought an old friend back with me!" Crash Bandicoot fills the screens as the crowd cheers. Janitors come out to mop up the drool as the room goes black once again.

Andrew House takes the stage as some soft instrumental music plays. He appears nervous as he walks, his path illuminated by the single spotlight that surrounds him. The music dies down. "Last year, we announced an unprecedented partnership with our friends at Capcom to bring everyone's favourite (he even speaks that extra British U) fighting game Street Fighter V to PS4 as a console exclusive. Well, it turns out we caught the attention of some other fighting game creators who want to jump on board with us. Ladies and gentlemen, allow me to introduce..." Pause for effect. "...Street Fighter Vs. Mortal Kombat!" Holy shit! Images of various characters flash across the screens, with Blanka leaping on Reptile and performing an X-ray move, sinking his teeth into Reptile's face while simultaneously electrocuting him. Scorpion spears Chun-Li--"Get over here!" Room goes black for a moment, then "Finish Him!" The screens fill with an image of a blood-soaked Baraka standing with his fist resting under Ryu's chin as Ryu weeps like the bitch he is. A split second later, Baraka's blade has penetrated Ryu's skull and is coated in brain matter and pink blood. Yes, Ryu bleeds pink because fuck him.

The roar of the crowd is ridiculous at this point, and the room goes black yet again.

When the stage lights come back on, silly ol' Shuhei Yoshida is standing on stage with his trademark goofy grin. He gives a small bow and waves to the cheering audience. When things quiet down enough, he speaks: "I know we've given people a lot of surprises today, but how about one more?" The crowd cheers. Several people in the front few rows are actively orgasming. Shu continues, "How many people here have always secretly wished a Gears of War game would appear on a Sony platform?" Whaaaaaat the fuuuuuuck? The crowd goes crazy! "Let's see a show of hands!" Shu yells. About two dozen hands shoot up as the cheering continues. Shuhei whispers into his wrist, then walks off the stage. Suddenly, a giant laser from space shoots through the roof of the building and leaves behind a bubbling black goo in each spot where there had once been a person standing with arms up.

The crowd is confused and nervous. There are somewhat fewer orgasms happening right now as the room again goes dark. A voice booms over the speakers, "We don't have room for any fucking traitors on this train," says a familiar voice. Members of the audience look at each other in disbelief. Could it be? The lights come back on...it is! It's President Obama, standing in center stage, with Cher and Kid Rock on their knees in front of him, giving him sloppy mouth sex. "So I hear you guys want a big surprise to close out THIS FUCKING SHOW!" He didn't mean to shout that last part, but Kid Rock slid a finger into his ass and it startled him. "How's this for a surprise?" The screens go red. The camera slowly pans out. The red is joined by some white. Then some peach. Then some...HOLY SHIT! It's Mario! He's running around doing Mario-type shit in a fully 3D world, talking to characters like Ratchet and Clank, Crash Bandicoot, and Sly Cooper! The title pops up: Super Mario PlayStation Edition. Because they spent too much money buying Nintendo to pay for a decent name. "Fuck yeah!" says Obama. "I don't know about you but to me, that's one hell of a way to CLOSE OUT AN E3!" Another finger in the ass.

The crowd goes absolutely bonkers. Chairs are ripped from their moorings. Blood rains down from the walls. Several children are conceived. A blind man is suddenly able to see again. Pandemonium.

And somewhere, thousands of miles away, a grinning Mark Cerny shuts off his computer monitor and turns toward the guest who had been watching the event with him at Cerny's office. "That was one hell of a show," Mark says. "But that's nothing compared to what we've got in store for them next year. Right, Bill fucking Gates?"

If there's no price cut how would you explain their lower profits forecast for next year?

Morta Kombat!" Holy shit!

It's pretty tame regarding new announcements, but if they pace it well and give meaty updates on already known games, i'd be pretty satisfied.

Well, Gears did leak with footage. So there's that. And people are saying that leaks are coming. We're still two weeks out from the start of the show, so there's plenty of time for leaks.

imagine the madness if 'all the leaks' happen one or two days before the show starts, instead spread out over two or three weeks. Madness ^_^
