I understand the reactions and some of the hyperbole - to me E3 is a trade show where you're supposed to demo future software and hardware tech. As hardware is cyclical, this leaves software, which
was lacking in my opinion.
I have no problem with Star Fox, as the premise behind the franchise has long since been established, and it will be fun. Not too sure about any of the other titles revealed at this point - they don't appeal to me in their current states (however this can certainly change over time).
I'm more concerned with the former statement made by Buggy however. I was under the impression that Nintendo was expanding their studios in an attempt at ramping up software production,
and I have yet to see any tangible results from this strategy. If anything Nintendo seems to be struggling more and more in their attempt to release software on a regular basis in the era of HD gaming. Part of me really worries that they are getting left behind in this regard.
I really hope I'm wrong, as for the most part I like what Nintendo brings to the table.
