Fuck Steve Harvey. Why is this guy on tv again? Anyone can do what he does anyway.

Really? Because many Family Feud hosts have tried. He's revitalized the brand/ratings so much that they made up Celebrity Family Feud for prime time Sunday nights to further cash in.

Is there something wrong w/the nanny comment? It sounds like good advice when dealing with a celeb husband or a husband you know is a dog. I know a former nanny that hooked up with and married the husband, lol she made sure her current nanny was a lady in her 60s.

Steve's views are abhorrent and dumb, he's valid in comedy only and shouldn't be consumed outside of that vacuum. I though why we still got monkeys was a GAF created meme and was floored when I heard it from him. LOL he wouldn't even know how to talk to an atheist, what a moron.

Rivera said that there is “an epidemic of predatory nannies” in Hollywood—and another panelist made an analogy that compared not keeping cupcakes in your house if you’re going to be tempted by them to wives not hiring hot nannies that their husbands might want to sleep with.

Campy talk show, what men really think, 2000 men in the audience and women on stage. How would this have ended any differently.

Finally, the one good part of this day was my friend Bryan Duff spending the whole time pretending to be a caricature of these types of men. Instead of applauding, he would beat his chest. He growled at the camera. Whenever we tried to ask Bryan’s character about his feelings, he would tear up and quietly mention his strained relationship with his dad, but then go right back to being gross. It was incredible. And what happened to Bryan’s disgusting, sexist character? He got a job offer from one of the men around us. Not making this shit up.

I dunno I think it's pretty likely that the entire audience (or at least the most rowdy ones) were playing this pretty ironically, and this Bryan guy was just better at it. And I think the audience member next to him understood that this guy was a hoot.

Lmao I just got through that 6m vid... uh when the fuck did Steve become a life guru? Why are people asking him for advice? That vid is amazing, he's a 20yr old frat bro trapped in an old black man's body.

Yeah they were surely harassing those women ironically.

I don't know about Steve Harvey as he's luckily not syndicated abroad, maybe his show is really great, but it seems par for the course for American talkshows, at least the more tabloid ones or ones featuring everyday people. Ricki Lake, Jerry Springer, "dr" Phil, you'd have to be a real attention whore or dumb schmuck, or most likely both at the same time, to get up on stage, because you're always coming off worse than before. Create a battle of the sexes in such a setting and it can really only end in one possible way.

The audience at least, consciously or unconsciously (we'll never know I guess) seemed to be in on it.

i hope this means people stop listening to the shit steve harvey says. hes a comedian not a damn life coach

Do people really follow him as a life coach? He is a funny guy that I watch and listen to every now and then but not for advice about life. He has confessed to not being very intelligent many times and really just speaks more from his heart. Many things he says don't make sense when someone tries to have a serious discussion with him.

I'm a little surprised that there are people out there who still don't know about his sexist, misogynistic, homophobic, effemiphobic/gender-policing, anti-atheist, and anti-evolution attitudes...
Harvey is a grade-A douche nozzle.
Ohh, he's that prattling clown. I forgot this walking colostomy bag was still infecting society with his ignorance.

never left the stone age
But...Family feud...damn Steve had no idea he said so much dumb shit.

wait.."why we still got monkeys" originated from him? LOLLLLLLLLl
This is pretty much my reaction, I'm not American so I've only ever seen the Family Feud clips posted.

According to his Kings of Comedy stand-up act, he was in church 5-6x a week as a kid so him being a close-minded blockhead is not surprising. He'd probably be in jail due to some sheer stupidity based venture had he not had the gift of comedy.

I was watching Family Feud with my family yesterday and just thought it was corny but cute. Maaannnn I did not know about Steve's other side.

Why we still got monkeys though, lol10.

what does this even mean

I think he's talking to women that they're supposed to act like "ladies" but then keep in mind how men think.

Of course, people taking relationship advice from him have to look past the fact that he's been divorced three times.

I used to be a fan of Steve ever since Me and the Boys back in 94. I grew up watching The Steve Harvey Show and listening to his national morning talk show. Then I started hearing some of the "advice" that he was giving on his talk show such as:

One of the biggest misconceptions that a woman has is that a man has to accept her the way she is. No, we don't. I don't know who told you that. We like the bright and shiny. If you stop wearing the makeup, stop putting on nail polish, stop wearing high heels, you'll lose us.

Men don't come up to you to just talk. We come up to you with a plan. We're looking across the room at you, and we don't care about your hopes and dreams. We don't care about what your future holds. We saw something we wanted.

I'm not really a relationship expert but . . . I'm an expert on manhood and what men think.

Not to mention the other things he's said about gays, and "not being a real man". I've been done with him ever since.

It's amazing how the dude flipped the script and got rich. He shaved the flattop, put away the pimp act, and started carrying the good book. And now he is making money hand over fist.

Steve Harvey is an intolerant piece of shit. It honestly doesn't surprise me that his male fans have chauvinistic tendencies.

I thought the Steve Harvey Show was a pretty good time for the type of show it was but all the things I learned about him after that show ended was just depressing. Fuckery incarnate. I'm not surprised that this event ended up being a shitshow.

Its always funny to see people learning about Steve Harvey. The monkeys comment is gold but I'm particulary fond of his comment about not trusting atheists to be decent law abiding human beings because what could possibly prevent you from being a murdering rapist if you don't believe in god and going to heaven and hell?

Odd Future was ahead of their time with the "Fuck Steve Harvey"

and why

Blinded by the luminous glory that is David Bowie's physical manifestation.
Isn't Steve Harvey the same dude that "think like a man"'s 1950 values?

Some audience members say Harvey was permissive of the behavior and Harvey himself used a misguided metaphor classifying women as prey and men as hunters.

Ah, yeah. Okay. Right. Now I remember why I dislike him.

Throwing this in because Steve Harvey is sexist hell:

WOW. :|

You mean Steve Harvey is an idiot who gives shit advice and literally knows nothing about human psychology? Who knew!!!!!

What's wrong with any of these quotes

His views probably represent a pretty sizeable chunk of what many men out there do think, stereotypical or not. And people wonder why a guy like Trump says what he does and rockets up the polls.
