Seems weird that after Senran Kagura went multiplat with EV, the next game would go back to being just on the Vita.

Ya...the Marvelous lineup is a bit different from a mainline Kiseki game in terms of just about everything. It's been said time and again why those are basically off limits for everyone, not to mention the sheer amount of voice work needed to be done on them, only for them to remain Vita exclusive. No one should ever expect them.

Well yes...companies need to make money. SC2 was a different matter entirely because the game was supposed to be out years ago. XSEED didn't want to leave the fans hanging after FC. That and they were able to release the game on Steam.

They had a few passion projects but they also need to release profitable games.

There must be the prospect of profits to be made from Tokyo Xanadu/Valkyrie Drive otherwise other companies wouldn't have snapped them up.

They're still doing passion projects this year, such as Corpse Party on 3DS (though I'm sure it was cheap to put together).

They're the heroes we both deserve and need right now.

After Gun Gal, it'll be interesting to see what Special Edition they have planned. Not just that, considering they brought over Gun Gal completely uncensored, we don't really need to worry about anything being removed here. Great news.

I don't know who Kotonome is but I guarantee you there is a far, far more annoying character in this game

Honestly never heard of PQube until they localized Steins;Gate. These guys have no fear yo, localizing VNs and risky games like VD and GG. Much respect.

Looking forward to what else they're going to localize since it doesn't seem like anything is off the table with these guys.

SK is a different story and a franchise they want to make bigger(vita, ps4, 3DS and now PC). VD doesn't really have an audience on PS4.

I haven't watched the show, my point was there is a character that is so mind-numbingly terrible in this game that she'll far out-annoy any other candidate. Literally the worst character I've encountered in interactive fiction period.

PQube needs to slow down, jeez. MAGES/5pb, Inti Creates, Kadokawa, and now Marvelous. Didn't think they'd get this far, very awesome for them.

According to PQube they're quite far along in the localization and it will be arriving sooner rather than later.

Shoptos date was mid September and knowing PQube I'd say sometime October

Hopefully there is a limited edition and it is not exclusive to Rice Digital.

I pre-ordered Gal Gun on VGP and good thing they also get the DLC and artbook. But I wanted the limited edition but had a bad experience with Rice Digital with Stein's Gate.

Most of the characters have the mental age of 6 year olds but manpukumaru one ups them and has the mental age of a toddler

Just ordered the GalGun LE as a way to say thanks. Whatever LE this will get I'll get that too. Hopefully S;G0 will have a LE as well so I can get that too. Suddenly PQ has taken a large chunk of my change and I still need to buy a PS4 for FFXV...

I'm surprised XSEED passed on the game. Maybe SKEV didn't do as well as they hoped? Well either way I'm glad I can play it.

I wouldn't say she has a 6 year old mentality. She's just incredibly single minded. Personally she grew into one of my favorite characters, she's just so damn earnest and she hits like a fucking truck.

XSEED doesn't seemt to take Vita only projects anymore. See this, Tokyo Xanadu, or the other Marv Vita titles.

SK EV was very successful in the west according to Marv JP.

It's pretty funny, the decision to skip (and for Aksys to take on) Tokyo Xanadu was probably made when only the Vita version existed, and now they get to sell a PC version and potentially a PS4 version as well. That's a decent catch for them because they took a chance.
