As we see it again and again, even without the explanation, I think people will naturally associate the eye, which is well visually designed, with empathy.

I'm not particularly fond of Xbox, but it would be straight up idiocy to not compliment/praise them when they, or their studios, do something positive or worthy of genuine acknowledgement, instead of resort to downplay it, or passively trash them for it, same applies to Nintendo (for instance, Xbox's Backwards compatability feature is awesome and I think its absolutely ridiculous that Sony doesn't follow suit on that note).
I seriously don't get the singular lane of thought that dictates some people's mind here. That being Sony, and only Sony, can do nothing wrong. The logic I see some apologists apply to bend over backwards while doing commentary somersaults or other street-stopping theatrics, as some kind of persuasion manevour, is baffling.

It honestly pisses me off because some of these people wash away all reasonable thinking and give the remaining actual Playstation fans a bad rep in return. Their bad behavior ricochets on the rest of us.
