I’m sure they’ll be posting soon... because if they lied about having preorders just to console war, that would make them incredibly sad and pathetic individuals... and I’m sure that can’t be the case!

I‘ve read multiple posts from people here saying that they are definitely cancelling their pre-orders - which they definitely have - because they don’t like the way Sony is communicating information about the console in the run up to its release.

Just figured I’d give them all a chance to help out their fellow gaffers by letting someone else have their definitely real pre-order

I will not cancel my preorder but i am consider flipping both/and/or my Xbox and PS. I have no idea lol, this has been the most confusing launch ever.... and the lack of good exclusives is terrible as well.

On top of that i am building a new 3080 pc (and new HP VR set) which will hold me entertained with multiplats for now. Considering waiting for PS until Bloodborne 2. I have a lot of friends on xbox so ill maybe jump in when theres a good multiplayer game like Halo.

even if its confusing i am overall very hyped for this gen

If someone pre-orders console, and then 3 days later cancels pre-orders anyway they are mentally unstable imo. Think through your decision, take a step back from the hype and decide for sure what you want. I cringe hard at people that do this

True enough. I’m not totally dissatisfied with the launch line-up. If I get the PS5 in my hands, I will find it VERY hard not to open that bad boy up and start playing some games even if selling it would net me a profit.

The truth is both consoles have their flaws and it's perfectly acceptable to decide a pre-order isnt for them.
