"I don't really see any of them being regulars in capcom game streams, soooo....

Maybe Tasty Steve... being a commentator on Marvel? :lol"

200yen plays some SF4.

But that's the thing, tho. I feel as if the Tekken players got the short stick of the end because the mechanics they're used to with playing Tekken competitively are almost non-existent, while the Capcom side should feel at least comfortable with the game engine and six button layout.

I am sure, tho, that it won't be the much of an issue at the end and they'll be able to adapt.

Lol at the community wanting less-knowns for Cross Assault, then once they get on they are pissed that only less-knows were chosen.

Hey I like it, from the get go it seemed pretty obvious that they were not just looking to stack the deck with big names. I would have been less interested had say Justin been on, given that he would probably just roll whatever team he was on. Makes it more of a fun scramble this way.

When I say "some" I mean against top level players. Mr. Naps plays "some" SF4 too and he still makes waves with his E. Ryu. People *can* play multiple games at a high level, believe it or not. Furthermore, despite people jokingly calling it SF4xTekken, the game is pretty different and there's going to be a learning period for everyone.

I'm learning the community is full of bitter babies with twitter accounts. Grow the hell up.

I mean not like the lineup is one thing. But trying to one up someone with nude pictures like you are accomplishing something is another thing. Makes people look extremely petty.

Are any of the winners complete no-names? Just random people who made a vid?

I'm not familiar enough with the FGC to know all the people who won.

There known people but not the top tier names (i'm talking on the SF side). Tekken team is stacked.

Glad to see 200yen and Bronson make it. They're both great tekken players that also have capcom fighting game background so I expect them to show some good gameplay. 200yen in particular played a lot of sf4 in the nor cal scene and was probably the best sagat in the country at the end of the game's life.

No. All of them are serious players, with varying level of skill.
They're all personalities though. I think 2 of the Tekken players rank in Top 8 in that game, but the other Tekken and SF players don't place in Top 8 in tourneys.

MY GAWD at the Jebaily meltdown and the SRK article. I don't know if I should be laughing or SMH (probably both). Fightman games, SERIOUS BUSINESS!

Eh, both teams are super boring to me personally. I honestly haven't even heard of some of the Tekken players, and I'm honestly baffled at most of the SF choices. Not entirely sure what they were going for with this, will probably not bother watching.

Remember: A Capcom game is a capcom game is a capcom game. They're at a disadvantage here.

Maybe. I think a lot of what makes up high level play in fighting games transitions over quite easily. Things like mix ups, oki, spacing and execution in this specific instance, not mention the other mental factors. And in that case the Tekken side looks to be much better. I'm not saying you're wrong about the SF players not having the advantage but what i'm most looking forward to is whether or not team Tekken will understand what it means to be good at 'Street fighter'.

I also have to comment on team SF. While I'll admit I have only heard of NJosh and TFA, I just really hope all the chosen players are good at 'Street fighter'.
