MGS2 was one thing. MGS4 was a bit too much.

There are definitely cutscenes! And they are more cinematic than ever. IMO. The lighting, the weather effects and rain, the camera angles... I don't get how it's open world on current gen consoles! They said they are working on next gen stuff, too, that will look even better. Imagine it came out for all consoles.
