Really hope 343 port Halo 4 over to the Xbox One. With no backwards compatibility, I wonder how much more the population will be dropping in one year when a lot of Halo fans will probably be playing games like Titan/Destiny next gen.

Everyone assumes that used games is only a MS thing. This is going to be an industry wide deal. Sony is just keeping their mouth shut about it and letting MS take the bullets. They will let MS take this heat as long as they can hold out. I will laugh when Sony lets its fans know they are in the same boat.

They could easily do a Halo 4 GOTY edition that has all DLC (and all Spartan Ops episodes?) in one package and make it only for the Xbox One.

I wonder when the Halo TV show is even due to launch. I also wonder if the potential new Halo game will tie in with the show.. Something like "Halo TV: Infinity" ties into the game, "Halo 4: Infinity".. swap out Infinity with any of the other potential scenarios (ODST, Helljumpers, Beginnings, etc.)

On a completely different note, I can't play with randoms anymore. I don't know if FUBAR and ExWife inflated my Truskill or something but it seems like every game I get paired up with entirely incompetent teammates and the Justice League on the opposing team. Jetpacking Assault Rifles and magic grenades everywhere.

Slayer Pro has made me realise that the DMR is a beasty anti vehicle weapon, especially when 2-3 people concentrate fire on one vehicle. Damn. Not complaining though, because I'm not being stopped dead in my tracks and stuck twice by a one man anti vehicle specialist.

Also voting options need to be in a fixed state. So it goes:
[Slayer Pro] [Infinity Slayer] [Objective]
Hint hint 343

Maps can vary, just keep the gametypes fixed.

The series won't be out at launch. It won't be even out pretty soon.

Microsoft is clearly giving Tellem a budget to play with: she described the production quality of the upcoming “Halo” series on the level of HBO’s “Game of Thrones,” while other shows would resemble any high-end series on a cable or broadcast network.

But while the “Halo” series certainly set off a flurry of buzz, Tellem isn’t in a hurry to get shows on Xbox Live.

“For us, it’s about taking the necessary time to produce the right shows,” she said.

I'm surprised by the fact the series has a similar budget to Game Of Thrones. All we need to know now is the other guys behind it.

If Halo 3's BR had no spread, and lag didn't fuck with projectiles so much, I'd love to see it return. Leading shots was the shizz.

I've always found signed posts to be annoying, doubly so if signatures are enabled so people already have signed posts...
As i said, i don't know for sure. Might be just that GAF generally disapproves, might be one of many unwritten rules, not sure.
