Do we know anything about activities like hiking and cycling yet? What's the interface like, how in-depth are the activities, and are there a lot of different courses and so on? Do you get to pick what bikes you use from a range, or does it depend on what you have at the moment?

I don't think we have seen any of those yet. I think a clip from tennis showed up but it was very brief, it just showed a serve.

I really want to know what underwater looks like, however my guess is that you need to get to a certain point to acquire the gear for some mission.

Considering 95% of the footage is Franklin without the ability to change characters, I doubt there's much information on this stuff yet. Maybe over the weekend when people have actually made some progress besides killing themselves in dumb ways again and again.
