E: the sage using sage chakra is not retcon since Kabuto explained that Jugo's (who is the base of the curse seal) KKG was a pseudo-sage mode (that's why they transform). It uses nature chakra.
This is also why he can communicate with animals.

Great chapter. Now it is pretty clear why both an admiral and CP 0 turned out. DF is a bigger fish than Law figured...but he was still afraid of Kaidou when they mentioned the situation with SAD.

Law being defeated here makes me think he might be the one to eventually defeat DF, particularly because Luffy has already had his fair amounts of run ins with the Shichibukai and doesn't have as much of a reason to beat him down as Law, although having his bros devil fruit is reason enough I suppose.

Also, Cavendish's speak kind of fits...he is the white knight afterall...

Luffy will defeat Doflamingo. I do not know what will occupy or get Fujitora out of the picture though. I like how they didn't reveal the extent of anyone's powers yet, considering they alluded to Law betraying Luffy.

I'm not one to disregard asspulls or even like them in Naruto but this was setup for quite some time now.
I mean the cursed seal were known to be special powerups for 2 characters : Kimimarou and Sasuke.
The origin of the Cursed seal was Juugo's cells (that's how that character was even presented).
Juugo could heal Sasuke in the fight against Bee because the Sauce was compatible with the cursed seal and Juugo's chackra.
Turns out that Juugo is from a village of sages or some crap and is key to turning into a Sage for Kabuto.
I mean I don't need to pull each pannel either, if you pay attention it's not a Sharingan asspull at all
