Normally I wouldn't but everything he says matches up.

So he is actually backing what he is saying, while Serebii and the other sites are not.

So I will believe what this Anon is saying until Serebii posts more then: "Some spanish site told me so!!!"

Also Serebii has been posting a lot of fakes lately that he say's "are probably real". So why should we believe him this time?

So basically, even though I actually don't mind the supposed evolutions, I will wait until Pokemon Sunday, Corocoro, or the actually game reveals whether they are real or fake.

And on top of the bolded, apparently from what I see, the Spanish dude posted this on twitter as part of his proof that it was real and they have confirmed that thats a fake (It says the otter's name for example)

And the guy also said they were legit on his site immediately after they were posted on 2ch.

How exactly would some random Spanish site know this before anyone else?

Like pokejungle he's probably just trying to get hits.

So someone explain to me why we're believing some random Spanish site who posted fake pics to prove they were "legit"?

I am so convinced that the 4chan guy was the one who created these 4 new evos, that if they turn out to be 100% real I will gladly eat crow and a mod can make my tag something like: "Has to suck Serebii's dick" or "pokemonz serious buisness" or what ever they come up with to make me look like a moron for caring this much... :/

I've tried posting on 2ch, though, and it wouldn't let me because of my server. I'm not saying that it isn't possible, but it makes me wonder because I've heard that 2ch is even able to detect proxies. Either way, I agree: I find it really suspicious that Pokéxperto or whatever went to the trouble of faking an in-game screenshot just to prove that these things were real.

Wait, do we know for sure that pic was posted by the Spanish guy? Because if so, that changes things...

Even so, I don't think Serebii would put his credibility on the line like this unless he was 100% sure of his source.

But to be fair, he didn't claim to have confirmation from a source. And accoring to Serebii, the source that confirmed the starter evolutions also told him about Victini's type weeks in advance, and the new Pokedex total (649 apparently).

I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

If that's true, he's almost certainly lying.

IDK completely really. Some people say its just from someone on his site's forum, some say he posted it on his twitter and that he claims to have a early copy of the game. Regardless it was made for his site . . .thats his site on the comp behind the DS.

And on top of that, according to PB, the source that gave the Spanish guy this stuff also showed a sprite of SmugLeaf's final form matching the art (where is that sprite? IDK. And that pretty much says that the "source" should have access to a copy of the game)

I wouldn't give Serebii that much cred. He has been taking shit from 2ch and passing it off as his "reliable source" for years. Plus it seems his source now is this Spanish guy who is getting his info from someone else who supposedly has the game or atleast access to sprites (which sounds pretty damn out there and unlikely to me).

PB is so naive, I could easily do the same thing... Creating a convincing sprite shouldn't be enough proof for this guy. There have been several "convincing" fake sprites this gen...

He should have at least posted the sprite...

This whole thing just reeks of foul play and thats not just from the fact that they look like shit >_>

Why are these images cropped off with white board? Why is the only "proof" we have from Serebii, who got it from some Spanish Guy (who runs a Spanish Pokemon site) who got it from some "special source" that apparently has the game, knows the exact number of Pokemon now (649), has access to their sprites and has "official art"? Why were these images apparently first posted on 2ch when the Spanish guy says he can't read JPN and got them from his "special source"?
And on top of that, why can't we see these sprites WPM saw (of Smugleaf's final form and some other Pokemon) for ourselves?

Not believing shit.

PLUS, there ALWAYS seems to be atleast one case of a leaked starter set/ evolve that gains tons of press with every gen. The fakers have gotten really good this time as we can see from proven fakes.
 
I heard someone say that because Black/White have DSi exclusive features, the game won't be region free.

Good thing I have a perfectly capable DS Lite. Though I will still try it on my DSi anyway just for the sake of trying. :S

Worst starter of all time.

2nd and 3rd worst being Typhlosion and Feraligatr, respectively.

One of the biggest things I took away from the 2nd gen remakes was just how badly the starter Pokemon are outclassed by damn near anything else of their type.

I don't know, I'm still leaning towards the starter evolutions being real. I could be wrong, but something just tells me that they are real. I guess we'll find out in like two weeks anyways.

And I think this was mentioned earlier, but to add to it, Pokexperto is claiming that there will be 156 new Pokemon (155 in the Isshu Pokedex since Victini is #000), which brings the total to 649 Pokemon. According to Pokexperto, the National Pokedex continues in the 5th gen with Victini #494, the starters and evolutions #495-503, Minezumi and Miruhoggu #504-505, and they'll reveal #506 tomorrow. Who knows if they're telling the truth or not, but just thought it was worth mentioning for reference to see if it comes true or not later.
 
^we're well aware that the first evos of mijumaru and tsutaja are most likely real. if these are fake, then the fakers are using them to convince us that the others are real also. Pokedrama is hilarious btw:lol , I can't wait til the games/corocoro releases and prove these are real/fake.

edit:ah nevermind i see that pic was "proving" these are fake >.>
