Can someone clarify the charging situation for me? No AC adapter, but are you guys telling me it literally comes with no way to charge it, proprietary USB cable or such?

This almost felt too easy and/or lucky... JUST SO happened to randomly refresh the Amazon page 20 min ago (wasn't even refreshing this thread at the time!), which JUST SO happened to have the preorder button up that JUST SO happened to be like 5 minutes old at the time, and which JUST SO happened to be at an unexpected time of the evening that might catch the crowds off guard.

I think that last part is the biggest. If this was any seller other than Amazon I'd suspect some airline-overbooking type shenanigans, given the allegedly ultra-low stock B&M will have.

I pre-ordered but not sure if I will keep the order. When they were first announced, I was looking forwards to getting a n3DS... but I didn't want an XL and NoA apparently hasn't wanted my money until now. But now I'm trying to find games I'm interested in, and I'm just not seeing many. I'm not really into jrpgs, I don't like Mario games, I'm tired of Zelda, and I've never played and have no interest in Pokeman... My bf's opinion of Nintendo has really soured, too, because of how they handled the n3DS, so I'm not sure if he'll want one anymore either. n3DS is the first Nintendo handheld he hasn't immediately bought.
