No usually the beta just dies. If you are on iOS6 you should get a OTA update when it is public, the 18th think.

Look at the back of your phone and it will tell you.

It's the number on the back of the device. So it'd be A1428 or A1429 for the dual band one.

My mini is at home and I have ghost armor carbon fiber on my iPhone 5. =x

A1432 is Wi-Fi mini.
A1428 is GSM iPhone.

I'm having almost too much fun giggling at people who insisted I was wrong and that iOS 7 would be out today. They must be SO disappointed and I'm not making it any better.

5S was a little disappointing, perhaps not the best move that Apple could have played when the market is changing so fast. 64-bit was a great bit of future-proofing, though.
