Best cheesy 80s + 90s action movies that no one talks about?

I'm a big fan of silly, schlocky action movies, but sometimes I feel like I've seen it all. I've run through pretty much all JCVD/Seagal/Stallone/Arnold, etc have to offer and I'm looking for something "new."

What are some criminally underrated cheesy action movies (preferably in the 80s/90s era) that don't get enough love?

I can't remember the name of the film, but one springs to mind... There's a shortage of men & women capable of having children, so the action hero/leading character has to go on a mission to save some captive females from some aliens or something.

Creamfarts figured it out. You should watch that one.

Or just watch Stryker instead. The best cheesy 80s stuff is the stuff that's so unintentionally bad that it's hilarious.

Pretty much anything with Don "The Dragon" Wilson.

Edit: Hulk Hogan also tried his hand at B-movie stardom in between heel turns and Pastamania. In addition to Thunder in Paradise 1-3, you had amazing stuff like this:

Repo Man
Big Trouble in Little China
Escape from NY/LA

Bloodsport
True Lies
Over The Top
Roadhouse
Under Siege

I could do this for months

Such an incredible list, I bookmarked your post just so I can watch for these on Netflix and Amazon.

Strap on your hooker ...
Might not totally be in the spirit of what the OP is looking for (it's more a comedy with an action-comedy ending), but I feel Men at Work should have more of a following.
Keith David's a lot of fun in it.

Excluding any films with actors mentioned in OP.

Die Hard 1/2/With A Vengeance (2 is the weakest)
Army of Darkness
Flash Gordon
Robocop 1/2 (3 if you have to, but really, you don't)
Leathal Weapon 1/2/3/4
Mad Max 1/2 (2 much better)
Escape from New York/LA
Big Trouble in Little China
Golden Child
Speed
The Fifth Element
Starship Troopers

Is enough trying think of some.

Broken Arrow
Passenger 57
The Last Boy Scout
Executive Decision
Buckaroo Bonzai
Split Second
Virtuosity
Silent Rage
Iron Eagle
Toxic Avenger
American Ninja
Gymkarta
Best of the Best
The Vindicator
Eve of Destruction
Reno Williams

You could turn on El Rey Network on Monday nights and get a few hours worth of cheesy action flicks. In fact, I think they have a a Dolph Lungren marathon coming on soon.

That train scene, holy shit! It blew my little mind back then. Never seen so much badassery on screen like that.

Ooh, Navy Seals!

Rapid Fire gets my vote.

Wow. Is this proto Crank?

Never saw it that way, but kinda. It's more a proto Rush Hour, except it's a road trip and Britney Murphy is a Harley Quinn in everything but name wanting to sit on Mr J Kadeem Hardison's dick
