Trying to hit a happy medium. Yeah these are relatively inexpensive purchases, but I think the advance notice helps people plan their gaming budget a little.

vireland said:Here's some larger versions for you. These were pulled from the demo video, so they're not as sharp as a direct capture. Also, the boss pics have a smoke effect in the game which is what the haziness on those two is about.
Well I like them. The Take Out Bandit said:This batch of Juniors makes me wish GAF had some means of aborting them in the womb instead of carrying retards to term. :\
Didn't it have something to do with your frog mutating and you chasing after it only to fall into a cave and find a tank?plank said:Seems like the story premise for this game is remake/re-imagining based off the North American version of the game. What was the Japanese version was about?

From what I remember, that was also the US version.PounchEnvy said:Didn't it have something to do with your frog mutating and you chasing after it only to fall into a cave and find a tank?

Rlan said:Will you be posting it on Youtube somewhere? I've noticed a lot of WiiWare / DSiWare videos only get posted officially on the Nintendo Channel, and then it's up to Nintendaan to capture and post them on his youtube channel. Nuts!
KevinCow said:I'm guessing it's played with the Wiimote sideways, and the A button cycles through weapons?
KevinCow said:I was kinda hoping it would use the pointer to aim.
Pointer controls cursor, character shoots in direction of cursor? You know, like in Trine.vireland said:Yes. +/- and 1/2 are used as well.
Color me retarded, but I don't see how would that even work with a platforming/action hybrid game like this...

vireland said:I hadn't played *that* one, but I'm familiar with the control scheme in an overhead perspective action format. I just think it would have been way too slow/imprecise and frustrating with the wii pointer/nunchuck fire/move combination. Initially I thought he was talking about the S.O.P.H.I.A. platforming segments.
Especially when the camera is fixed. No turning the camera, no issues. All you do is point.KevinCow said:I was.
Here's that Abuse game. I haven't played it, but it looks exactly like I was talking about, except with the mouse instead of the pointer.
I really don't see how you could think aiming with the pointer would be slow, imprecise, or frustrating. Every experience I've had with it has been exactly the opposite.
