I think the difference is in one group propping up itself (PS3bots) and one group that just shits on everything (the anti-PS3 crowd, if you will).

Actually, I think Haze will probably be a solid game that will garner a small, yet loyal fanbase. Personally, I find multiplayer games with this type of fanbase (similar to Warhawk) much more enjoyable to play online because you don't have as many douchbags and Agent Zero's.

I wasn't just referring to GAF. Beyond these forums, I know, scary, the general opinion/assumption of informed gamers is that of these guys. I don't expect anybody to ever be united for a game. But this is just way too much. I think this is the game that got shat on the most this year. And it hasn't even come out yet. I was hoping the trend hasn't taken over GAF, but I have obviously placed my hopes too high.

If it's really that bad they probably would have scrapped the title during development. I mean porting really isn't that difficult or expensive of a process. Since retailers and consumers will purchase out of ignorance, porting is worthwhile even if a title turns out that way.

It's probably some Sony exclusivity contract. They did showcase the title at their E3 last year. And don't pull that business about them not paying for exclusives.
