I think it has something to do that MS is an American company, so they have English included.

It's because you buy the game from the JP store but you download the english version from the US or UK store etc... then the game will be activated because you originally bought the game from the JP store.

Not sure about the online, ROB said people were banned for buying Fallout 4 somewhere else, but not sure here if From does care or MS does.

Buy game off xbox.com, JP region, turn on xbox and download it, no need to change any xbox settings if its already on English

Should be, achievements should be in English too.

Buy the game on Xbox.com Japan or with your Xbox region switched to Japan, either works. Then download the game while your Xbox region is set to US.

One way to get people to buy more digital games and get away from physical would to release digital games earlier, not sure what hoops would have to be jumped through by companies, but I would be swayed to pay more and no trade in value if I could get a game earlier, even a week earlier.

Gonna be real with y'all. If you can't figure it out, you probably shouldn't mess with it. The game is gonna be a good deal more complicated than trying to purchase the game itself. You're just going to frustrate yourself. It might be better to just outright wait (unless something wacky happens).
