That's my point, he was scared/nervous that Vegeta found out...With proper training I think he can do serious damage to Beerus, maybe convince Goku to fuse and kick that cat's ass.

Look, Gohan is bullshit. I'm glad they made him take a back seat. Guy became a god with like 5 years of training compared to everyone else. Then the movies introduced an even more bullshit Gohan character. Plus Broly's motive for hating Goku is just so stupid. He's like one of those characters that is cool when you're 11 years old, but then realized he's dumb several years down the line.

It made sense to do that for the movie because with only 90 minutes to work with you either have to have every supporting character line up and throw one punch each, or leave a few out. I wouldn't be surprised if they get more screen time in the show.

I love Satan so that sounds pretty great to me. I like how he's featured prominently in the intro too.

I mean SSJ Vegeta without any form of training, was able to fight Beerus a little while through his anger.

There's really nothing I particularly like about Broly. He lacks any of the nuance, both in character and design, of Toriyama's other villains. In fact, he kind of goes against the basic tenant of Dragonball villains which is less threatening looking = more threatening. He lacks the overbearing presence, cat and mouse dynamic, and refined sadism of Freeza. He lacks the classic horror movie feel and haughty sportsmanship of Cell. Super Buu was the Broly character done right, in that he's an insane monster that destroys everything, but Super Buu was much, MUCH smarter than any of the characters gave him credit for. He's so menacing just squatting in front of an hourglass, his eyes shifting around as he cracks his neck and observes everything from a distance, learning how to defeat everyone.

Broly is just "here's your super special transformation, you look big and mean, you're super fast and strong and can beat everyone." He's like Kid Buu, but he never shuts up.

Broly was fine for what he was, a dog that broke his chain and went wild, he wasn't the real villain, Paragus was.

Broly should've stayed a one off, his character can't carry anything by itself.
