Shinnok as the final boss would be disappointing and that is coming from someone who likes the character. It should be Liu Kang, he already lost his status as the main character thanks to Ed Boon's bias towards Scorpion, so let him be the final boss in Shao Kahn's place, at least.

Liu Kangs was interesting.
He got turned into a Revenant by Quan, but couldn't fully be restored, so he is Kabaled still. Quan offers him a chance to get revenge on Raiden, but he doesn't trust him, and wants to kill both of them.
Could be real.

I dislike how Baraka gets less scary with each iteration. He used to give me the creeps in MK2.

Are you seriously complaining that this character looks like it could have come from MK2? How is that not exactly what they should be aiming for, especially given their abysmal attempts at character design since, like, 1995?

I love that he walks his own path in his revenge. Wanting to take Quan Chi and Raiden out.

I'm not a big fan of this design. Cowboy Ninja? Oddly enough, if they had to add in another ninja, I'd want another elemental one...like, say... Tremor.
You can bet on him being DLC.
He's playable for sure. someone leaked the roster awhile ago and he's the ONLY character from that list that hasn't been confirmed/leaked with pics.

not sure about the fire god thing but based on a roster leak (which has been 100% correct so far) he is in the game. So it's a pretty good chance that liu kang is in the game.

Kitana's description sounds legit to me.
The non-Amazon ones are all likely fake. There are several details in them that don't fit with what's been seen in the comics. Just ignore text "leaks" like this, especially when Gamefaqs has been full of them lately.
