I don't know about that, but at least HS is more fun to play than Rumble Roses.
And I hear they're gonna put in a cheat to turn Nariko into a dickgirl, so you'll HAVE to buy it.

Sounds to me like you have some other issues to work out if God of War is hitting your 'pleasure centers'.

Honestly, no one really cares. You didn't find it fun, awesome, but don't bullshit everyone in this thread with your petty opinion on the game, and imply that we're only excited about this game because of the 'appaling lack of games'.

I enjoyed the game, you didn't. You enjoyed the simple combat system of God of War, I enjoy the more in depth combo system in Heavenly Sword.

Seriously, move on, look at porn, anything, but stop trying to suggest we are only excited for this game because it's a 'decent' game on PS3 and we're 'dying' for a good game. It's fun for many people, so go die in a fire.

It seems strange that after so much waiting autumn/winter '07 is finally approaching. It seems as if we PS3 owners have been waiting for this release schedule since E3 '05. Too bad MGS4 slipped.

HS is a guaranteed day one purchase. This and Uncharted are the reasons I knew I was getting a PS3 first. As short as the demo was, I started to get a real feel for the combat. The trouble is the fights are so short it's hard to build up any kind of flow. Somehow I just don't think that's a problem the final game is going to have.

The boss thing doesn't worry me either, seems they're trying to establish characters a la MGS so multiple encounters wouldn't surprise me.

I bought Blizzard Anthology here for 60zl (15 dollars) which includes, Starcraft and Broodwar, Diablo and Warcraft 2. Have to replay SC before SC2 hits and I lost my cd so, also Broodwars is new to me. By playing 1 hour a day in the evening I've almost completed the Terran campaign. Arcturus Mengsk is an ASSHOLE! Which city are you in? I'm in Warsaw.

I think that's an actual boss. Bosses don't have to be huge to be a boss, think about how MGS games handle the boss situations.

I hear you, but I wasn't talking about the size of the boss..I just meant the encounter, period.
It seemed very vanilla and the fact that it has no music (only slight stuff the the backround) makes it seem like a mini boss/training kind of thing..instead of something that would reflect the games budget.

nice review. I'm predicting 8s, maybe a few 7s, and a 9 or two from U.S. outlets. Seems like a fun game, but not anything mind blowing.

my favorite part of the demo was the facial expressions. they were quite amazing and very convincing. this kind of effort in other games could help propel game stories to cinema levels...of course, no decent movie would have the line "we need you to play twing twang" in it :lol as for the gameplay itself, well....I'm spoiled by Ninja Gaiden. that's all I have to say about that.

But seriously, yeah 2400zy is insane not that 1141 is any better.

why dont you wait and see? How anyone can predict based on a 3 min demo is beyond me. Having said that, I have very little dount Ill lke it more than NG
