My temporary home gym since the pandemic. We are currently building a real home gym with a Rogue Monster Cave, fridge, NordicTrack threadmills and bikes.
But this has served me well. PT phones in from Finland to the iPad, and off we go.
Can’t recommend highly enough that jumbo sized exercise mat, makes a huge difference for burpees, mountain climbers and turkish getups. They are hard to find but spectacular.
