Yeah they have. I can't remember where Jeff spoke about it but yes, they did change.

It's actually got a bit better for me TBH but mostly because the resume from saved position feature now works reliably.

I like Dark Souls, Bloodborne and probably Nioh. But one of the reasons Monster Hunter comes on top despite them sharing deep, satisfying fight mechanics is that the world is bright and the monsters colorful. I wish someone made a Dark Souls-like but in a world that's not so grim.

I definitely want that. I really want a comedy Dark Souls. Fun, bright, etc.
