Very cool game, nice combat system from what I remember, and had some fun platforming mixed in too.

 

[Spring-Loaded]

I think a Bruce Lee or Jackie Chan action/adventue game from Rocksteady using their Arkham combat system and animations could be incredible. Just speed up the combat a bit, and get rid of the "Batman walk" in favor of a full analog movement system.

It would be much more difficult that smashing the two together, but some cross between Arkham games (fluid combat/counters) and Dead Rising (improvisational weapons) would be perfect for Jackie Chan. Design intuitive environment traversal system and you're golden.
