I just beat all the ghost on Time Trial mode and I heard

that was the key for unlocking the gold tires, but nothing happened and I didn't unlock anything.

What am I doing wrong?

Edit: Okay I just had to select a mode and then go back to the main menu a few times. That's weird. But anyway, everything's okay!

Someone else said this too and said it unlocked after they got all the stamps but it unlocked fine for me.
