Blizzard design VP Rob Pardo revealed that the company does intend to announce a new title at the event at this weekend's Blizzard Worldwide Invitiational in Paris, but declined to offer further details.

There IS a new title coming, it's already been confirmed.

What's more, you could take *any* glowy white eyes and make them fit into that.

The shape is what gives it away, not to mention the announcement of a new title.

The icy look is to throw people off. We're used to fire and brimstone art from Diablo. But remember that Diablo II's expansion had a snowy, frozen area as well.
