While this list of partners is awesome, I am a little (!) down because Rockstar isn't amongst them. Playing a proper GTA or RDR2 during commuting is a dream not coming true, for now at least.

I mean, Take two is there and Rockstar is a part of Take two

All they gotta do is make an attractive console for gamers and 3rd parties and they will be fine. 3rd parties wanna make money, they dont have some random vendetta against Nintendo.

As far as Falcom, you're right. At the same time, things change. Just because they aren't on the initial list doesn't mean that they won't be there in the future.
