Cyberpunk is supposed to take place in a fictional city where everything seems to be over the top and edgy. An ad like this fits perfectly in that setting. You are not supposed to agree with it, the city/setting isn't supposed to be a nice place nor a role model society. It's just how things are in this universe. If you can't handle it, stop playing the fucking game.

FFS my favorite cartoons growing up were Ren & Stimpy, and Rocko's Modern Life. There was so much fucked up shit in just those two shows, including suicide jokes!
