Is Street Fighter HD Remix ever gonna come to Europe?

People are still going to want it but not so badly because of SF IV, Sony Europe (or whoever is responsible) need to do something special to make up for this massively long wait : )
Ok i will tell you a story:

SCEE (for whatever reason they have) is more strict on game approval that SCEA.
The reality is that the current build of HD Remix is a mess, my PS3 resets and locks too often, lots of bugs and the online is very unstable.

So SCEE says: 'Foundation 9 guys, your game is too risky to be released give me a stable build.Oh and remember that we have to test lots of languages!'

So... a couple of weeks ago i read about a future HD remix patch.. hehehe that is not patch, is the approved SCEE build.
In this case, SCEE did the right thing.

SCEE did do the right thing. Now if Capcom just beta tested the game on PSN (they didn't because of budgetary reasons supposedly) a bit they could have potentially avoided the issue, additional expense/time somewhat.

indeed. I played online the other day after stopping for a good 2-3 weeks. I was reminded of how shitty the netcode could be when my anti-air shoryuken turned into me getting swept.

what specific skins does the lumines classic pack have? i really liked the licensed music in lumines1 but i'm worried they aren't included.

Maybe Foundation 9 didnt have enough staff to test it on PSN?
In my opinion,Foundation 9 was not up to the task of doing the game. Maybe on XBLA the game is awesome dont know, but the PS3 version is really really reaaaaally unstable :lol

you don't get dropped as much on 360, but 360 still has problems with broken health bars and other visual glitches.

Well resources = money also, and if there wasn't enough before, they hopefully pulled more people onto it to fix the current mess with the SCEE rejections and get the patch out.

The game was already over budget, quite late and getting too close to SFIV most likely.

You do realize there are quite a few demos that are released earlier on the PSN also, right? Games too. EA does it pretty regularly. Also, it's not Sony/MS, it's the publisher more times than not.

Also, I'm shocked some of you people are having motion sickness with Flower. It never even crossed my mind while playing.

I'm thinking there's probably some incentive to release a game/demo early, for instance EA probably released the 3 on 3 NHL game on PSN first because Sony put out all those ads for it on Home

I hope the US store has its update by 6 pm EST today if not sooner, I want to come right home from work today and download Flower. It's one of those times where I'm craving the update so bad.

Capcom is not the only one that's guilty of not beta testing their games, at least when it comes to PS3, I still remember the clusterfuck that COD4 was on PS3 while it was much better on 360 (the system that did get beta tested).

I so agree with you there. I really wish it was explained in reviews and such. That's why I traded in my copy and stopped playing.

I'm kind of busy today, but I should be back in time for the PS Store update.

Yeah, if HD Remix gets a patch is because SCEE rejections not because Foundation 9 did a good job.
Sorry for being annoying in the subject...

Possibly but I can't really remember any game being released first on PSN that I was actually interested in. Unlike the opposite.
And no I'm not a sonyfanbot who wants everything to be on PSN first. All I'm saying is that I'm very surprised that publishers aren't able to just release a demo on both systems in the same week. It can't be that making a demo for the PS3 is so much harder then for the Xbox so it must be something more internal with SCEE and SCEA (which also explains why alot of stuff is released later by SCEE).

But I guess this is just a bad week for my demo-addiction. Still no fricking Empire Total War demo and now also no H.A.W.X. demo to entertain myself with.

Well I'm not going to be throwing around moneyhats accusations, but due to Microsofts retarded 'gold demos' policy, a weeks delay on an X360 demo equates to day one on PSN for many people.

I downloaded the Resistance: Retribution demo for PSP off my Euro account but it won't copy to my US PSP. Anybody have any ideas on this issue? It says it would have to "deactivate" my account in order to transfer it.

are you still in your euro account while trying to transfer? I've gone back and forth between PSP content from the US and JPN stores, transferring content from one will disable the ability to play content from the other, but you can go back and forth as much as you want as far as I know.

I don't remember having to deactivate the PSP in a separate step though.

My wagers for U.S. store today:

Anything more and I'll be impressed.

Ubi Soft stated on their twitter page that the PS3 demo has a glitch and needs to be fixed. We will see the demo later. I'm just glad they are going to fix it.
Ahh. Thanks for the heads up. Oh well, I guess I'll wait. Only thing that bugs me is how MS will grab any opportunity to rub their "exclusive" demo bs in people's faces. Sorry for the rant...
