Deadpool won't be in if this is true. Sounds like they will focus on movie characters but I can't see Marvel cockblocking characters they own movie rights to like She Hulk.

it's some random human girl named Gwen Poole. Crossed over from the "real" world into the comic book one. has nothing to do with peter parker.
She originally appeared as a random cover for various gwen stacy variants of regular heroes (like spider gwen) but the actual character is not related to gwen stacy or spiderman at all.
Also: no powers.
Fox doesn't own the videogame rights, marvel does.

They technically can, but Capcom would have to beg their asses off for them. Only Lego Avengers were able to get the Twins post-ban.
The Fox ban also includes Fantastic Four characters.

Not..really? Doom, Ghost Rider, Nova, She Hulk, and Task Master have no real connection to X-Men and continue to play big roles in the comics/TV shows. Also frankly I don't believe the X-Men thing is true, if Contest of Champions can put Wolverine and Magneto front and center on their webpage they can show up in MVC4.
Also just want to clarify for the many, many who don't read the comics (not that I blame you), X-Men are actually getting a huge push back into the spotlight early next year with the RessurXion event which is like 6 new series of books.
If the most popular X-Men arent in, Doom aint in either.
