Idk what is going on. Recently Disney Plus stopped working on my PS5, just saying unexpected error without even a code. I even deleted the app/redownloaded and it still said the same thing.
Prime goes super slow too. Like takes forever to load all the tiles. At first I thought these services might not like my VPN router but I disconnected it from said router and plugged it into my modem and didn't speed anything up.
I reset the system to default settings and now Disney brings up the login page but Prime is still slow. Netflix and YouTube are perfectly fine AND these apps work fine on our firestick that's on the same network. Anyone have ideas wtf this could be and how to fix it? Is it a PS5 quirk or something I'm missing?
