Simple situation:

A company has a customer, the customer requires a business card design. The company can't handle it due to workload, so they sub-contract the entire design to another company.

How should they present this to their customer?

Should they give credit to the design company? Or is it okay for them to not say anything and just hand the work over effectively allowing the client to think they did all the work themselves?

Thanks gaf.

Sometimes in architecture firm I work for we have another person outside the office do renderings. We don't tell the client, your just a middle man.
I guess the idea is your paying for the bigger places over sight and name.

They would normally just keep quiet and present. They took the work on, they deliver the work. They are responsible to the client.
