dont know the technical name
but is when those horizontal lines appear (screen cut off) when i move the cursor fast, usually on First Person games.
I seriously want jaggies to be a thing of the past. They are incredicly unimmersive and distracting. Not to mention that they ruin the fine art that talented artists made. No more dancing and shimmering lines seems.
Kill the Jaggies!!!!
Native 1080p HUD elements instead of blown-up 720p assets. This is a PC gaming issue though.
Just play your HD games on an SDTV. Problem solved.
I remember in Crysis 1 the heinous rate they would update the maps for water reflections, it was bad. yuck.
it also helps when i close my eyes.
Place the TV outside and play it through a window!
Vsync increases controls lag and decreases fps. I'm all for vsync when the game is running at a steady 60 fps all the time. If not then I prefer higher fps and less controls lag to some tearing.Vsync. We should have no tearing next-gen. But I doubt it.

Maximum level of anisotropic filtering everywhere everytime.
1080p native resolution.
Others I can live with.
Jaggies. You know, at this point in console development, one would think that we already have a good solution to this but no, that's not always the case.
Every game 1080p / 60 fps.
Clipping.
Every console game looks blurry?Every console game this gen look so blurry! Its weird! Hope this gets fixed soon!
Its the number one reason why Im not looking forward to GTAV's visuals. IV was a blurry and BLOOMY mess. Like someone smeared vaseline on the screen.
Jaggy shadows. Been playing Lego games on PC with my gf and they look beautiful except for hideous shadowing
Every console game looks blurry?
Seriously, if that's what you're seeing, then you have a problem with your display and/or you haven't calibrated it properly.
I want 3d characters that have natural poses, not that stupid Gi-Joe rigid posture that makes every character look like an plastic action figure. Especially when idle...
RE : remake managed to do this on gamecube a few years ago, so I guess It's wouldn't be too hard to do on the fantastic and magical next-gen consoles that everybody's waiting for.
