The heck is happening at Tecmo-Koei America? Their last tweet was a year ago, and their website hasn't being updated since the original NG: Razor's Edge announcement.
This is how Half-Life 3 will release
Honestly that seems to be a vocal minority to an extent, I think most people just shake their heads and move along, forgetting it exists.People would probably call the FBI to investigate them as child pornographers if they advertised it, since that is the general reaction people have to moe.
What? D:
Now I have to decide whether to stick to the PS3 version or just get this.

Of course! T-K is just far ahead of the curve in terms of marketing.it's called being viral
duh
How would you sit down with people who clearly do not exist?I really, really, really need to sit down with someone from TK-US or TK-E or someone and have some words with them.
I'm convinced there probably isn't actually ANYONE at TK-US beyond people organizing the printing and distribution of games. PR and whatnot must be handled in Europe at this point.I really, really, really need to sit down with someone from TK-US or TK-E or someone and have some words with them.
I just wish there was an actual way to contact TK-US about business inquiries! No such method exists on their US site!
So, dual audio?
So, dual audio?
Wait, atelier games get marketed?
Wait, atelier games get marketed?
Well, NISA at least provided release dates, they sent out some email newsletters, got a news item on genre sites such as RPGamer, had a limited edition, that kind of thing. You know, where at least well informed fans on GAF were perfectly aware when the game was going to be released.Wait, atelier games get marketed?
Think most people would say Ayesha. I would too, though Totori's still a great game.Hm, so what's better, this or Ayesha?
Well that's surprising. I have the PS3 version but I haven't started playing it yet. Is there any reason not to play this version instead? I'm probably more likely to finish it on a portable.
It's excellent. The original is one of the best RPGs for the PS3.How good is the game?
Wow... This really came outta nowhere.

This surprise release helped me surpass the $100 mark for this month. $20 credit for me next month. Sweet!
Given that it's an already translated game being sold digitally only (unless they're actually releasing physically in a month anyway) it's probably almost pure profit so it's more like they just... sent it....
They sent it to die, didn't it?
If they refuse to localise Meruru Plus now because no one bought this... Yeah, that's probably exactly what they're going to do....

Ah it is dual audio? Never mind then. lolIf they refuse to localise Meruru Plus now because no one bought this... Yeah, that's probably exactly what they're going to do.
Seriously unbelievable, especially as it appears to have the dual audio everyone wanted too. Give everyone what they want and sneak it out there as if you're ashamed of it? What?

It's a port of a PS3 game, you could look up reviews of that then check to see what changed in the Vita transition and what issues there may be with FPS/loading. If those weren't sufficiently remedied I'd stay away, but just because I have it in the PS3 backlog.Any trailer, impressions or videos?
Well, there's still retailer ire, but that's why I wonder if the Vita's in the position that they don't even care anymore. Could also be they were ultimately rejected when they WANTED a retail release, then decided to just throw what they have on the PSN, but I'd think that'd be sorted out more than a month in advance.tbh, I can see releasing games digitally as soon as it's gold and then worrying about a physical release becoming more common, especially amongst smaller publishers. However, I'd expect at the very least a "yo, game releases next Tuesday, here's details about the game" message on the PlayStation blog/Major Nelson/your own site.
It's all that plus alchemy. Iris may've been more traditional RPG styled but all the typical RPG stuff's there. So it's a straight RPG? Leveling, equipment, skills, the whole shabang-a-bang? And it's not one of those alchemist games, right?
I wish this is how every game released. No preorder bullshit, no hype, no waiting. I'm actually very pleased by this nice surprise.
