We know your agenda, but it was PC digital downloads that generated the editor's choice codes in the first place, so its not much of a stretch to assume PC only.
I wouldn't mind picking up Journey for cheap. Prefer the physical version though.

Already got it for myself when it was $3.75 for PS Plus users.If you have an US PSN account then you shouldn't have problems redeeming it.
Collectors edition was slightly more expensive, I figure they see at least some of that.

Fundamentally I detest digital but thanks to ridiculous pricing on PSN+ I kind of completely switched in the blink of an eye. (I've got 5 years PSN+ now)

Not as far I know. All preloads still go to your default library folder. I've sim linked mine onto a mech drive so it's doesn't eat away at my ssd and worked fine before. Still I'm sure we'd all like the option to manually do that, just as the same as move the screenshots and cloud saves to another location. Though I can't see it high on the list of Valve's priorities.
The beautiful thing about digital purchases is that, if they fuck you over in the long run, there are ways to.... get what is yours, if you know what I'm saying. And you have a good excuse for it.
Edit: the actual beautiful thing about digital distribution is price parity everywhere in the world (by jumping through hoops), immediate availability and having your library available everywhere at all times, but that didn't make my argument valid on this particular case.
I didn't know it was my job as a paying consumer to worry about what Valve engineers do to protect their service from cyber attacks.

Only expected 1 voucher from the $1 Fable. But I got 2 vouchers.

My worry originally was that it was jut going to be a standard side scroller hack and slash, but it turns out the different sword stances and blocking (not really made apparent in the video given), will add some depth to the game play. As will giant oni.

It sucks that I worked so hard to push out a new version of Enhanced Steam last night... only to see that the Steam website is still offline this morning.

IMO yes. I don't think I've ever despised a plot or an entire cast of characters as much as this game (seriously, I wanted to punch every single one of them), but the gameplay and graphics are still worth it. With mods you can make it even more immersive and almost completely bypass the shite plot/characters and just go Rambo for fun.

No, although I got a surprisingly large number of emails last night from users saying that "as soon as they installed Enhanced Steam, they couldn't access the store". Just bad timing on their part, I guess.
I think it's just certain territories as in the UK the store and ES has been working fine for me all day.
