Tastes better when cold, the flavours all combine even more through the dough, if i have pizza left over i just eat it cold later. As a bonus the cheese sets and holds the toppings better when cold.

Yeah, not sure what the point of this is.

So the oven will dry out the cheese and toppings. The steaming doesn't do that and results in more melty cheese.

Fry+Steam>Oven>Microwave

No.

No water or steaming needed for grilled cheese, plus you need fat--butter or mayo on the outer side bread to create the nice golden brown crust.

I tried this method and it does work as the picture implies BUT i can't seem to get the pizza hot this way. It gets lukewarm at best.

Putting a cup of water in the microwave with the pizza works well enough for me.
